Disclosure - Willing & Able feat. Kwabs
The hype for this album is getting unreal. While some people are upset that Disclosure is sticking to the sound of their 2013 album, Settle, I see no issue with it. When the sound was so fresh back back then, and only now artists are catching up, let the experts show you how it’s done. And they have one hell of a line up on this album. Kwabs shows why he is one of the best singers in the business with this new single. Enjoy!

There is something just so grandeur about how epic CHVRCHES new sound is on their upcoming album. It sounds like they are ready for the fact that they are going to big soon. I love this sound, I can’t wait to see where this band goes this year.

Disclosure - Omen (Ft. Sam Smith)
Come on, is there that much to say about this hotly anticipated track? It’s Sam Smith and Disclosure! I love that it’s a completely different avenue than their collaboration on Settle. We didn’t need a Latch 2.0, instead we got a slower track that focuses on Sam’s amazing voice. Absolutely love this track!

Beach House - Sparks
Gotta be honest, when I first heard this one, it was a quick glance over and I didn’t think it was that memorable. But I kept coming back to it for more and more listens and I started really appreciating how the song builds on itself as it goes. It’s almost calming when it starts, but maniacally builds on itself throughout the song. Give it a listen and let’s see if you enjoy it too!

Here’s the new single from Bag Raiders first EP in 5 years, titled Vapour Trails. It’s a song that just invokes excitement and calmness at the same time, like you’re ecstatic about flying, but it’s so soothing you can’t help but relax. Love this one, hope to see more from their new album!

Beirut - No, No, No
Beirut have decided to share details about their new album as well as the title track. The result is a fantastic return to a minimalistic approach as per their older albums. I’ve been a huge fan of Beirut since Gulag Orkestar, and while the new albums were absolutely fantastic in their own way, I am very intrigued to see how the new album will shape up after a 4 year break. The new single sounds amazing, with lead singer Zach Condon taking the front stage with his gorgeous vocals. Hope you enjoy!

Oh Wonder is a band I’ve been obsessed with this year. With the unique method of releasing a new song every 1st of the month for a year, they can work on each track individually and provide some excellent songwriting throughout the year. Flume - Some Minds (feat. Andrew Wyatt from Miike Snow)
New Flume and Disclosure in the span of two days? Love it! Here’s a great track to show the slightly new direction Flume is going with the new album. I’m a big fan of this sound because while it still retains aspects of electronic music people like (where’s the drop bro? Bro, wait for the drop!), it does it in a subtle, musically interesting way. Andrew Wyatt’s awesome vocals are a great addition to Flume. Enjoy!
Disclosure - Holding On ft. Gregory Porter
It’s time to make a comeback on my long forgotten blog. I’ve been amassing so much amazing new music in my mini hiatus, but I got a bit dejected from posting anything because I felt like no one was listening. But I think it’s more important to just have an avenue to post amazing music.
So let’s try this again. Here’s the hottest new single from Disclosure, featuring soulful jazz artist Gregory Porter. It’s more of the same from Disclosure, but when you perfect your sound so well, there’s no reason to deviate. Can’t wait to hear more from their followup to my 2013 album of the year, Settle.
Miguel - Coffee
So Miguel decided to release a 3 track EP last week, and Coffee is the standout track in my opinion. It's definitely more reminiscent of his earlier releases, but it's got a fantastic flow and keeps you hooked with a very catchy chorus. Enjoy this one before Christmas. See you soon!
