20 200's for the workout with my coach and teammate. On numbers 14-15 I felt the dull pain again that started on Saturday. But, me being stubborn and not wanting my coach to think I'm being weak, went on to 16. It's almost like something snapped and that dull pain turned into a sharp one. There goes the state meet.
