I really hate when people make me feel included at first when they have pre-established like...friend groups. No matter how welcome they try to make me feel, I don’t ever feel welcome. Like, I’m some third wheel who’s just waiting to fall off. I’m not really sure what’s worse: Feeling like I’m not good enough and surrounded by people, or just being alone.

It’s not like I don’t have good friends, or that they’re not enough. But I can feel lonely in a house full of people. And I always do. And it’s this soul-tearing feeling that I don’t know how to fix.
