Small bits of lore from my wir OC/AU :D
The AU is called WiR: Stars aligned
Specifically these take place when Quill was being revamped from Hero to Villain in their game after the incident with their sibling (this is planned to be elaborated on a more proper post about Quill introducing their current storyline)
As for this video, the game Quill is from is called Noble Lightbringer a personal project made by a few college kids who end up donating the arcade game to Litwak. The scenes here represents the events that happened during the game's alpha stage where the creators were still changing up a few things. Quill has experienced a lot of loss and grief, from losing their good role as hero to losing loved ones due to a mishap or game changes done by the creators. Ever since Quill has been reduced as the bad guy of the game their own people have ostracized them to live far deep in the woods away from their original home.
Despite how much they hated it there they can't help but yearn for the time before everything happened, especially missing their dead sibling.

This is like a type of coronation except this is where Quill received their cloak and moon pendant, the day they became a hero just for it to be later stripped from them. As i stated the reason their role got revamped was due to an incident with their sibling named Seeker (the one with the three eyes). This is more like a coded in memory than an actual event in game.
Where the incident took place, after a heated argument with their Mother regarding the way they have been treating their people as well as the main villain in game. Since Quill is close with Seeker and rarely get to see them outside their study room it wasn't uncommon for Quill to lurk around or near places where Seeker would be. Seeker had enough of the whole issue going on in their game and wanted to take matters into their own hands, they took Quill with them to the code room preaching about a solution to all their problems.
As Seeker was about to show Quill how they can overwrite their own code, due to their extreme glitching they accidentally corrupt their own code which killed them off entirely from the game. This event has deeply traumatized Quill. The creators took notice of this but were instantly inspired for a more new story idea. Since Quill and Seeker were meant to work together story wise they didn't know what to do with Quill. So they figured they should become one of the "bad guys".
As the decision wasn't firm yet their Mother was unsure what to do with Quill, as they saw the creators as "higher beings" , Quill was shamed for disgracing them enough to be considered not fit for their role anymore. During that time-frame Quill was demoted to a jester role. Quill didn't feel too bad even enjoyed their role as they also got to be together with their own court members. Although this nice moment barely lasted, as the creators decided that the court members would be fit more as "mindless enemies" as well.
Quill was already by this point re-coded, their appearance altered to a more pale yellow eyed being and their body charred in black void. The court members were then planned and turned into wolf like enemies (mostly as Quill is the moon itself i figured it would be fitting if their followers were wolves). The regular npcs demanded that the court members be caged before they get turned into wolves, to avoid any "danger" something that Quill didn't agree too. They saved them from the grasp of the npcs yet they still feel like they failed everyone because they still all wound up being re-coded into enemies.
Here Quill has been recalling these memories more and more as they have stopped being a shut-in and are forced to face their game and trauma again. This takes place during the present timeline with Turbo.
