Sometimes your bandmate wants to make music video... in one night. You're down so you message Adrian Parsons to see if he can help set-up video feedback because you're inspired by infinity. Brock's projecting Fantastic Planet when you arrive, and you obsess over using that one moment, but with your shadows contrasting. Adrian come overs with a second projector and some beautiful footage he shot to project and sets up the feedback. Then, after you and Brock stay up all night filming and editing, this is what you get in about 8 hours total:

Happy Birthday F.M. Alexander, founder of The Alexander Technique. I've read your books and interviews with your students, and even have an old zine you made in the 1890's called The Human Voice: Speaking and Singing. Seems like you were a terribly interesting and wonderful man. You put your whole being into teaching and all you cared about was for humans to improve in a real, meaningful, holistic way.

Your technique got me out of chronic pain, so thank you!

A snowy day when I first moved into The Mohawk super art condo #7. Most of the space was raw and empty but the character was still left over from former tenant, artist: Greg Hannan. Norm Veenstra bought the place and asked if I wanted to cultivate a little community there. Now, almost a year later and with the help of Maggie, Kelly, Anya, An, and Eileen, the space has grown into what it's just getting started to become. Soon Ed will move in. I will move out, to California - to be closer to my family, and to set up an Alexander practice and ergonomic office consultations in LA, and continue doing music and voice acting. I hope the soul saving station next door continues to have some amusing messages. I will miss this warm, creative and unique space we lovingly, and super secretly call #slutcultstudios @mindglow @_magadeth @mizmizani @tjancheeyen @flyacowwow @milkcult (at The Mohawk)
