I like to think Jay is OBSESSED with the feeling of being on stage but only when he’s playing a character, the most nervous man when he’s himself, but when he’s not Jay Walker, he’s INVINCIBLE!!!!

Cole enjoys the spotlight, and he hates it at the same time. (After all the fights with his dad over music, he hates how much he enjoys it) So drumming, in the back of the stage without too many eyes on him, is perfectly ideal for him!
