So I decided to replay Undertale for the first time in years after it suddenly came to mind and on top of remembering now how incredible this game is I've basically immediately kinsidered and then kinfirmed being Chara

It didn't occur to me until I got to the final fight with Asriel and oh my gods the realization hit me like a truck 😭

Gonna need a minute to just embrace the new kintype by once again replaying the pacifist route again cuz I need to see everyone happy, but I hope any sourcemates out in the world are doing well!!

Ya know out of all days for me to kinfirm being Frisk today happens to be the funniest.

Although at this point I feel like I already kinfirmed it but idk anymore.

like. the songs are sad. and im obviously not the only one to get emotional about it. But the first time I heard "Dear Brother" specifically it was like. A very personal kinda overemotional despite never having experienced anything to make me relate to the song in this life. And I really should have taken that as a sign but at the time i had no idea what a fictionkin was.

I truly can't understand why people hate alterhumans/nonhumans sm. What harm do we do to anyone? None at all, the only argument made against us is that we are weird. But so what if we are weird? A lot of people in my life have tons of "weird" interests and stuff about them thats not fully accepted in society, so why can't they have sympathy for another "abnormal and out of the norm" group of people? It's hypocritical and closed minded. Let all beings be themselves, especially if it does no harm.

does anyone have any arbitrary activities that connects them to their kintype? or any seemingly random or unrelated jobs or hobbies that make them feel more like themselves?

mine is kitchen work. mass-production of food in an assembly line, surrounded by steel equipment and bright lights, takes me right back to culinary school: specifically the week we processed fish. i felt those heavy muscular suckers in my hands and played with their fins to remember my own and had to resist biting into the meat above their tails like i Used To

i work in a bar now and sometimes i have to cook or send out food (or both). and being there made me feel really connected with my mermaid soul. i don’t know why, the place isn’t beach themed and we don’t serve seafood. i just rly felt like an H2O undercover merfolk
