ive been wanting to pick up some habits.

despite working a j*b and touching grass i feel like using my phone is melting my brain. I am reading a book now (digital, but better than watching reels all the time) and im trying out having a notebook with me to sketch and journal a bit. i feel like im losing my habit to draw so even if i make a small quick doodle on paper i'll take it as a win.

might sound funny but finishing reading some manga made me feel a bit accomplished in that regard too.

finished reading chainsaw man pt 2 and its been hard to process such an ending. Like you can tell fujimoto just wanted to be done with it as quickly as possible past some point and there is not even like a rushed final message to sit with its just, like, haha denji is destined to be like this forever oh welp what can you do. and poor asa, how do you introduce and work your way to have an endearing co-protagonist just to completely take away her agency and growth and dreams she developed. just gone. not only the war devil took her away, the writer also did it in such a horrid move it feels offensive.
