I am so confused I am trying to learn English (I live in 🇨🇱) and I still have a hard time figuring out when "fuck with me" is "like me" or "fuck with me" is "try to bother me" or something? What does it mean, if you do not mind me asking, or is there is some general way to understand based on context? (I am sincerely sorry if this is a silly question.)

it's no trouble at all! casual english can be tricky to understand.

depending on the context, "fuck with me" can be taken as an invitation to fight with the person saying it. in american english, people usually say "don't fuck with me" as a way of saying "don't mess with me". it can be used aggressively like if you're in a fight or in a more casual, joking with friends sense. if you are referring to the post i believe you are referring to that i made a couple years back, the context i was using the phrase "fuck with me" was in a sort of "i don't care if you do, i dare you to mess with me" way.
