Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE LAST UPDATE: 11/01/24: This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENTS

Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to the amount listed in the invoice. On orders above $200 customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.

Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The customer agrees that the Product will be delivered digitally to email or DM (agreed upon the initial discussion) address provided by the Customer after the final payment has been received by the Seller.

Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed upon before the work commences. The customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees, etc.

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to propose a delivery method that works for both parties.

Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.

Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.

REVISIONS

Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye colour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

 The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.

The seller holds the right to use the art in future social media posts and other non-commercial uses. Upon agreement of the commission any tags or information wanted when posting the art must be agreed upon

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

CANCELLATIONS

Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

Messing around with a new Funger oc with the rumors of the Termina update has me back on my bullshit. Her name is Ronja, she has the halved-soul. more lore and story under the cut

Ronja is a native of southern Bohemia, a portion of the country that was annexed early in the war. She was a playwright and poet before the war, using her art to criticize the church of Alll-Mer, while very few of her plays were produced because of their highly controversial narratives, her poetry collections sold enough for her to live a comfortable lifestyle in the countryside. not to say that Ronja's poetry wasn't its own type of controversial, challenging the construction of gender as well as her personal love of women, life, and those things seen as unnecessary by the miserable majority, as she puts it.

Ronja's most well-known play is called The Lonesome, an allegorical three-man show following an ambiguous hero as they are maimed and brought to death. Using myths of monsters, gods, and creatures to critique modernity.

after the annexation and push into her home during the war, she quickly fled with a number of other artists, going into hiding and producing art that criticized the Kaiser and the Bremen Empire, and Europa's tendencies at large. Ronja's art had her wanted by the Bremen Empire, its critique of the Kaiser and its debauched depictions of gender and sex had her poetry collections and plays burned, many of her friends at the time were murdered if they were lucky, imprisoned if they were not. They learned how to defend themselves, and Ronja was surprised with how quickly she picked up the use of violence-- she never considered herself to be a violent person. However, Ronja never said she was a pacifist either, quickly assuming the role of protector for her small band of artists in hiding.

With the sudden ending of the war, Ronja and the other artist slowly pushed the amvilope of their hiding places venturing out into the shelled-out towns and attempting like so many others to restart their lives. Ronja was attempting to go back down south, to get back to her home, when, waiting for her train, she saw someone she thought she recognized. A man, she would later learn his name was August, and if they had the time to have a real conversation, they'd find that they were distant cousins. However, those conversations are difficult to have when you are hunting down the end of the world.

Ronja did not mean to end up in Prehevil; she felt a pull to get onto the train heading away from her true destination. that pull of violence that came so naturally to her, giving her no choice but to join in the games that were about to begin. You know the rest of the story, the dream, the train, and the games, it is impossible to know how it truly ends, but perhaps Ronja being there may change a few things or nothing at all.

Another prompt dragon! It was with my discord group again I just forgot to post it here when I was finished.

The prompts were: vines/garland, moth antenna, big droopy ears, (deer) hooves, a paint brush tail, fur mane and a necklace made of gourds

This time we had: Big flowy fins, like betta style; A frill from the head down the back; Rip up the edges of the fins. He's still pretty, just been through shit; wrapped in nets and the like!!; and catfish whisker

I like to think that he's an old bull, trying to impress some ladies with his ornamentation. The mating displays for these guys are somewhere between an alligator and a bird of paradise. There are researchers nearby with a dartgun ready to help him out and tag him dw about the garbage.

did a prompt dragon, I had the basic shape then asked my friends to add features until I was satisfied. I had a lot of fun drawing this freak. The prompts I got were: feathers instead of scales, unicorn horn, tail wings, Chameleon tongue, missing a leg, Jewellery, blood (x4), and a halo of stars.

Really loving getting back into drawing with physical art. Having a lot of fun with my jell pens and brush markers (I only have one white brush marker, but I have ordered a pack of acrylic brush pens:))

Im really happy with how the deapth of the piece and how varied the colors are even though thers only like four colors I used. Anyway look forward ro more drawings like this :]

history

Rook was born in the far north during uncertain times. Her large family were subsistence farmers who found themselves on the cutting edge of a push into the untamed lands. One day, when Rook was young, a series of attacks from giants, animals, monsters, and elementals. destroying her village and killing her family.

During one of these attacks, Rook fled into the wilderness, too young to survive the harsh winter. Rook was found by one of the creatures that had slaughtered her family, and, while pity is not the right word spared the young tiefling, and raised her as their own.
