Miraj, Mother of the Desert

(I wanted to create a proper Chaos-like deity to go with Movie!Blaze's backstory, and ended coming up with a whole pantheon of gods and goddesses inspired by antagonists from the video games. I'll introduce the rest of them later...) Miraj created the feline races of Blaze's planet (though some assert that all species can trace their lineage back to her in some way.) When the Kingdome of Felidae was founded, though, she was excluded from their pantheon for being "obsolete." For centuries, only the nomadic desert tribes openly worshipped her, and they've been persecuted for this among other reasons. It wasn't until Blaze returned to Felidae with Miraj's blessing and usurped the throne that she was finally given the adoration she was due.

Hey, Sonic, have you ever met an emu before? It's a big flightless bird a bit smaller than an ostrich. Maddie could probably tell you more. My dad met one once while out on a job and it was really curious and friendly. He even gave it neck pats!

While Chaos is the god of destruction, you could say Mephiles is the god of "tranquility"... Unfortunately he has a very twisted idea of what "tranquility" actually is; a dark, silent place where nothing changes and nothing dies (or lives for that matter). I'm probably not the first to come up with this but here goes... What if Tails is working for Robotnik? From what we saw of the echidnas, the society of Sonic's planet seems pretty archaic, probably relying on magic rather than technology, such as the rings. Where would Tails have found the resources to build that device on his own? Even his shoes are different from what the echidnas and Baby Sonic were wearing. Maybe Robotnik gave these to him, to lure Sonic away where Tom can't protect him.

Tails probably doesn’t realize what Robotnik wants with Sonic, or he’s been lead to believe that Sonic is a bad person, like Knuckles initially was.

If Sonic stays on earth, I’m happy. If Sonic returns to Mobius, I’m happy. If Mobius turns out to be canonically a future earth (I’m looking at you Sonic OVA, I’m happy. As long as I keep getting Sonic movies, I’m happy.

I’m gonna say it now, I have my preferences, there are things I don’t want to happen and characters I don’t want to get sidelines, but I’m going to put those preferences aside and say that I’m going to be okay with whatever decision they make, as long as it’s done well.
