"But where…" his voiced trailed off, tilting his head. "Is it that bad? Why ever you were hiding?" He asked her. "It’s okay, we don’t have to talk about it." He suggested, stepping over a rock. "Well, the teachers are okay. Some are a little scary but I guess that’s the case no matter where you are." He laughs. "No, only one so far is you." He looked at her, laughing.

"Just stuff," Madison answered him with a small smile. "It doesn't matter," she added. She listened to him and pushed him a bit as he said the last part. "I'm actually the biggest bully around here," she joked, "so you better watch out, punk!" She showed him her fist and laughed, tucking her hands afterwards.

"Hiding?" He asked, tucking his hair behind is ear to keep it from flying around in the cold wind. He pulled a beanie out of his coat, putting it on, which kept his hair tame. "Why would you be hiding?" He looked at her when she asked him what he was doing. "To be quite honest I’ve been studying. The cirriculum here is a lot different then back home."

Madison nodded, buttoning up her coat. She chose to ignore the question and asked, "Oh, yeah. How have you been adjusting? How're the teachers treating you? And the other students?" She smiled at him and teased, "Hope no one is picking on you." She bumped her hip against him and laughed.

With the family I have, forgetting is pretty much impossible.

He nodded, smiling when she patted his head, and then he fixed his hair. “Nice, because I didn’t want to go you anything anyway.” He mocked her and stuck his tongue out, catching up to her. “I haven’t seen you in a while Madi. Where’ve you been?”

Madison rolled her eyes at him and laughed. She didn't wait for him to catch up, but he did. The question caught her off-guard. "Uh, been around. Hiding. Kitchens. Courtyard. More hiding," she answered him awkwardly. She looked around and saw everyone in their Christmas sweaters. She put her hands in her pockets and cleared her throat. "What about you though?"

He smiled at her, listening to her confusion. “Well of course I would need a tour since I don’t know how to get there on my own. But I also want to, you know,” he punched her softy on the shoulder, “hang out.” He gave her puppy dog eyes. “Please!” He laughed. “If it gets you to go, then sure. I’m bribing you.”

"Oh." Madison said, remembering Yash was new here. "Huh, alright then," she agreed, patting his head. "But you don't need to bribe me," she said then stuck out her tongue. She walked forward then turned to him. "Well, hurry up!"

He nodded. “I usually am.” He gave her a hug. “I was going to ask you something, but you don’t have to say yes, okay?” He moved his hair from his face. “I really wanted to go to Hogsmeade. I wouldn’t mind going alone, but I don’t know how to get there. Would you mind going with me? I’ll buy you stuff?” He offered, grinning.

"Wow, alright then," Madison said, taken aback by the hug. "Yes. I mean, no. I mean, what?" She said with a laugh. "Oh, you want a tour guide? Sure!" Clapping her hands and nodding, she raised an eyebrow at him and asked, "Are you bribing me?"

Greetings, and a merry few days until Christmas to you. I hope you are well, and that holiday homework doesn't have you too incredibly stressed. I also heard that tonight they're going to finally use the rest of those pumpkins behind the groundskeeper's cabin to make some pumpkin pie, so don't miss out on that. Yash walked around, trying to follow the small map Madison had drew for him to get to the Hufflepuff common room from the Gryffindor one. He made his way passed the kitchen, until he was outside. He paced for a second, not sure of how to get in. Just as he was about to just try and push the doors open, Madison walked out. “Surprise!” He smiled. “Found it.”

Madison was talking to a girl named Mae who was clearly having issues. Mae started crying and other girls came to huddle over. Seeing it was getting a bit crowded, Madison made an exit. She took a step back, startled by a voice. It was Yash. She smiled at him and walked forward and teased, "Someone's in a good mood."
