Welcome Angels 🎀ᥫ᭡ today I’ll be quickly discussing the distinction between fantasizing and manifesting, explaining that many people remain stuck in a cycle of desire because they are not truly shifting their identity.

YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION
While fantasizing keeps you in a passive, future-focused state, manifesting leads to obvious actions. When you embody your desire your mind naturally mobilizes you to take the necessary steps needed to make it a reality.
REALITY VS. FANTASY
fantasy is often logical and safe, keeping your life the same. manifesting can appear to delusional to others because it requires believing in things that haven’t materialized yet. you have to step into the mindset that anything is possible and easily attainable in your life. Don’t let others discourage you or let limiting beliefs keep you down
EGO
fantasy is an ego-driven escape that feels safe and doesn’t threaten your current identity. Manifestation requires shifting your thoughts and identity which feels challenging and uncomfortable.
RESPONSIBILITY
instead of waiting for outside forces to change your circumstances, accept total responsibility for your internal state and understand that you have the power to change your reality from the inside and out
one day you're going to wake up and not want to end it all. you’re going to have that peace you asked for. you’ll have that healing you prayed for. i know you’ve been let down, disappointed, and broken in ways you thought you wouldn't recover from. but you are here. you have survived most things people haven't. you are never alone, i’m right here with you. the pain you endured, the suffering you went through, it's real and it's valid. you’re still worthy of as many chances at life as you need. but don't ever give up on you. you don't have to be strong right now. just know you are loved. you are needed.

Hey cutiesss! Welcome to Stressed to Blessed July!!! I am very excited about this challenge and I hope you guys are too. The way this challenge is going to work is a little different than Healthy Girl June. I want this to be a little more personalized to the individual person doing this challenge. That being said instead of giving you daily tasks I want to give you daily journal prompts and then maybe three weekly tasks+ the daily rules that will be below. I think this will work better for this challenge and allow you to improve what you need to improve.🧘🏼♀️🎧🕊️🤍
Rules!
You must complete 3 daily tasks that go towards your goal as a whole every single day! These tasks will be set by you the night prior.
You must block off and hour in the mornings and an hour at night for self care and relaxation (no work/phones allowed)
Everyday you will complete a 10-20 minute reset on your space to keep the area clean and stress free.
Journal everyday (I will be giving journal prompts but if you want you can do different ones as long as you journal every day)
What to do before July
Write down a list of what is stressing you out the most and why that is.
From that list create goals that will lessen the stress that is caused by it (if you guys want to send in asks I can help come up with ideas for goals)
These goals then become the tasks you will do every day.

invest in pretty notebooks, pens, highlighters, etc.! you’ll feel much more motivated to study and be productive when you’re surrounded by color and pretty things.
get some movement in while you work
elle reads and studies on the treadmill. if this is not accessible to you, you can go for a walk and listen to a podcast/video/audiobook on the topic you are studying or even fit workout sessions into your study breaks.
dress well, test well
elle always presented herself well in class. do your makeup and hair and wear an outfit that makes you feel confident and put together. if you look good and feel good, you will immediately boost your confidence, which will bring you into a better mindset for your study session, lecture, or exam.
rest when you need it
while it’s important to push yourself at times, there are also times where your brain needs to rest and absorb the information you’ve just studied. take time to do yoga, bake, sit outside, or whatever you feel like you need to rejuvenate and keep going.
stay true to yourself
elle is the perfect example of staying true to yourself even when you’re looked down on or belittled for it. you can be yourself and do whatever you want to do. you don’t have to stop expressing yourself in order to be intelligent, professional, and respected. if anyone ever tells you different or expects you to change yourself to “fit” your career, all you have to do is prove them wrong.
stop looking at other girls as competition
your only competition is yourself! there will always be people you believe to be smarter than you, have more opportunities than you, or be more gifted than you. if you are constantly thinking badly of yourself or comparing yourself to others, you will lose sight of your own gifts and your goals. stop worrying about everyone else and focus on you.
remind yourself of your ‘why?’
it’s easy to lose sight of your goals and your reason to keep going when you’re tired or doubting yourself, so always remind yourself why you’re doing this. who are you doing this for? why study this subject specifically? who do you want to be? what do you want your life to look like in 20 years?”

stay off of your phone for about 1-2hrs when you first wake up - to start the day peacefully, have some you time and allow yourself to think and have a clear mind
brush teeth | mouthwash | cleanse face
take medication (if you take any)
freshen up | shower or take a peaceful bath using relaxing bath oils or bath bombs, candles, rose petals, surrounding the tub with crystals (optional)
skin routine
get dolled up .. hair and makeup (optional)
put on clothes that make you feel pretty and comfortable
open windows for fresh air or go outside for a while to get some fresh air
romanticize your day by having the cutest breakfast. makes yourself something delicious, set the table with fresh flowers, eat from your favorite plates and drink from your favorite mug, have soft music playing in the background. eating outside or by a window is also a great way to romanticize your breakfast
make your bed | tidy up
journal | write in your diary | plan out your day
meditate ( about 10-15mins )
start your day with positive energy and good vibes

as a christian, i know how frustrating it can be to want to participate in certain activities or adapt a mindset but it goes against our beliefs!
i found this youtube video that uses the word to shift our mindsets into a state of abundance and discusses manifestation, however it is not the worldly manifestation. This manifestation uses the power of prayer and the word. i highly recommend watching this video, even if you are not christian.

For my girlies that want to be really succesful and happy but have not figured out yet ie. Are yet to connect with their life's purpose and/or choose a career, here's the tip of the century: devote your time to learning a diverse group of practical, timeless and mostly widely applicable skills. Examples?
Language. Learning a parent language eg German or Spanish or Mandarin will never not come in handy. When you do figure out your career this skill will find a way to be applicable. Let's not forget the networking opportunities plus if there is a foreign aspect to it eg an office abroad guess who will make the list.
Dance or music. Mostly classical. This might not apply to your career if it's not in the arts but it connects you to your feminine creative side, is great for your mental health, brings a touch of sophistication to you, the health benefits and oh so impressive. Plus it's music sis. Music solves everything.
Crafts(wo)manship. We are talking knitting, pottery, crotchetting, couture, etc. One, hobby. Two, Etsy. Three, sophistication. Four, femininity. Five, you'll give the best gifts over Christmas, trust me.
Swimming, driving, flight, etc. I am 100% convinced swimming and driving are basic life skills. Will there ever be a day in your life when you'll regret that you can drive? Or swim? Unless you're angling for driver it might not contribute to your career but it will to your life.if you can get a flight license do that. If you can get a motorcycle license do just that. Even if it's a hot air balloon, do just that. You can not convince me swimming is not a life skill I am literally surprised by people that can't swim. Never been in a flood huh.
Social skills. The thing about social skills is that they are, drumroll, SKILLS. Skills are not inborn, they are learned and we live in the era of Robert Greene and Genie Sayles and Dale Carnegie and free online courses and if there is one set of skills that's the backbone of everything its this one. There is no time having social skills will not help. Not professionally. Not socially. Not even in your family. Or friends. Whatever your life purpose is, you will need social skills. Communication is the key to EVERYTHING.
"Health" related skills. I'm talking gut health, get a first aid certification, learn herbs and holistic methods and reiki and yoga and all that. Your wellbeing shouldn't even be a choice honestly. Is there one time being at prime health will Not come in handy? No. Till you figure stuff out learn the right foods, learn to heal your gut, learn quick first aid tips, learn how your body works, learn female reproductive health, learn evolutionary psychology- stack up on the health.if your community has traditional healing methods learn that. Especially those of us that want to be moms? You'll need this so bad.
Fashion, styling, beauty. Because we are women and let's be honest , it's much easier and better when you finally learn to style yourself and express yourself through your clothing & make up &c &c and do what's good for your skin and hair and- you get it. Is there a day you will not need to dress? No? There you go
Financial education. Now if I need to explain this to you please meet me out back I just wanna talk

Setting goals for yourself is SUPER important. Goals help you have something to strive toward so here are some to set for yourself! p.s- here is how to set and accomplish goals!

Qualities of living a 'loser' life:
You don't take steps to know your needs

You live in a state of agitation (always fighting, arguing, holding grudges, bringing up bad past memories)
You don't create space for yourself to grow (keeping bad people around you, being negative, listening to music that doesn't align, not experimenting)
Following cookie-cutter 'dream life' content instead of making it your own.
You haven't identified your problem areas (you don't do inner work)
You keep living the same lifestyle you have been living for years
You don't find money on the streets to become a millionaire, you make that money. You don't wake up with your perfect body and suddenly you are your dream self, you create that body.
Stop waiting for this dream life of yours to be handed to you, stop waiting and self-sabotaging yourself because you are not 'ready' enough. You will never be 'ready', you become 'ready' through actually taking action and gaining experience.
CREATE YOUR DREAM LIFE NOW.
Spend time writing down:
What are your values? (what is your moral code)
What do you want others to see you as?
What vibe/aesthetic do you want to present?
What do you want to achieve and how are you planning to do that? (what do you need to get there)
What do you want out of life?
What would you describe as your dream life/dream self? (be specific)
What are your dream things that you would like to own? (desired clothes, pets, dream car, etc)
Create a list of specific affirmations for yourself (remember you have to act, you can't just manifest let's say money out of nowhere. But you can create an abundant mindset and put yourself in situations/environments where money can easily find its way to you.)
Once you know what you want, you will know what to work for.
Spend time making your personal brand, how others will see you and how you present yourself to the world.
