I love listening to audiobooks at night. Like, opening my window, staring out of it, lighting a candle, letting my mind imagine what I'm listening to. I find it's better for my brain at night to listen to one story, rather than doomscoll tiktok/reels, which just makes me anxious lol. I just started listening to the graphic audiobook of The Book of Azrael on Spotify :) it's pretty cool, there are sound effects and stuff
