given the the recent events that have occurred due to the actions made by the staff and admins on Tumblr effecting many users like myself and those i care deeply for and all those i follow(ed) and have or still are following me on here I’ve come to the most painful decision that I will not be returning here anytime soon. despite my best efforts to fight back and try and save as many connections to as many as I could along with many that cry out for help or need it, while trying to save this account. I am afraid that if i stay on here any longer and watch this tragedy go on any further I will not be able to bear trying to fight back the tears I want to shed so badly right now or this immense pain I feel deep within in my heart any longer I may fall into even deeper despair and have a complete mental breakdown that i may not ever recover from. so with that said i’m leaving you all that are still on here and have yet to get a hold of me i leave you these links so that you can contact me if needed or wish to stay with me.

May we meet again someday and I wish all the survivors the best of luck and pray that same fate doesn’t befall upon you like it did with me and many others. may good fortune be with you and please stay strong to keep up the good fight for as long as you can.

Help as many as you can and never let your dreams your beliefs and ideals die and be forgotten. I might return someday and hope to see that not all is lost of has faded away into nothingness but for now this is goodbye my friends. my only regrets are that i didn’t get to meet and befriend many more amazing artists and other gifted individuals while at the same time do more to save those that truly need(ed) it and for that I am truly sorry.

As for the staff and the ones responsible for this may you burn in hell for this and know that I have no pity, mercy, or forgiveness for you for I no longer have any to give to disgraceful and detestable excuses of human beings like yourselves.

If I ever see you I’ll know who you are and I can promise you 3 things on behalf to not just my friends but all of the innocent lives you’ve ruined  1. you will face justice for all the innocent lives you’ve hurt from this. you will not get away with these crimes that you have committed 

2. you will be begging to whatever you call a god or deity for mercy and for someone to save you. though I can assure you no one will come to your aid. Nor will they even hear you when you scream and trust me you will scream. I will be sure to make your tortures and the thrashing I shall give you all and make all the torments and the dark burning flames of hell them-self feel like a small tickle compared to what I shall do to you when I am done with you. 

and 3.when all is said and done I will make certain that there will be nothing left to your piss poor delusional little excuse of what you call a legacy or empire. I will make sure that I will set it all in flames until not even the tiniest of remnants that could possibly be salvaged are left in the smoldering ashes. 

So you better hope that i never find you for your own sake. Because if I do you will know my full wrath.

Tumblr is deleting accounts

So @staff just posted saying they would not be deleting tumblr accounts they are lying because they are basically doing that. Apparently they are stopping people’s accounts who have been flagged as NSFW accounts not appear at all and instead of letting you view there accounts it just sends you to the dashboard so effectively there accounts are deleted. You, me and even the account owner can’t view there own account or post all they can do is you the search bar SPREAD THE WORD @staff ARE LYING TO YOU

A couple of weeks ago we announced an update to our Community Guidelines regarding adult content, and we’ve received a lot of questions and feedback from you. First and foremost, we are sorry that this has not been an easy transition and we know we can do a better job of explaining what we’re doing. We knew this wasn’t going to be an easy task and we appreciate your patience as we work through the challenges and limitations of correctly flagging tens of billions of GIFs, videos, and photos.

Today, December 17th, our policy begins to take effect. This means that we will start hiding – not deleting – posts that contain GIFs, videos, and photos from public view that are in violation of our policy. Again, this is a complex problem, and over the coming weeks we will gradually, and carefully, flag more adult content. (Yes, we will still make mistakes, but hopefully fewer and fewer.)

More importantly, we want to clarify the things that you, as a community, have asked about the most.

Tumblr will always be a place to explore your identity. Tumblr has always been home to marginalized communities and always will be. We fully recognize Tumblr’s special obligation to these communities and are committed to ensuring that our new policy on adult content does not silence the vital conversations that take place here every day. LGBTQ+ conversations, exploration of sexuality and gender, efforts to document the lives and challenges of those in the sex worker industry, and posts with pictures, videos, and GIFs of gender-confirmation surgery are all examples of content that is not only permitted on Tumblr but actively encouraged.

We also want to reiterate some important information from our Support post:

Your content will not be deleted. If your post(s) are flagged under the new policy, they will be hidden from public view and will only be visible to you. You can appeal these flags if you feel your content was erroneously marked as adult content. Upcoming feature changes will also make appeals more manageable for those of you with multiple flagged posts. Your blog won’t be deleted if you’ve posted adult content in the past, and there is nothing you need to do if you have interacted with adult content up until now–it will just be flagged and not publicly viewable. Don’t forget too that you can download your content. It’s yours after all, and we don’t take that lightly.

What is still permitted? We’ve heard a lot of concern about what the policy does not permit, but we want to make sure that you also know what is still permitted:

Written content such as erotica, nudity related to political or newsworthy speech, and nudity found in art, specifically sculptures and illustrations, is also stuff that can be freely posted on Tumblr. Although, photorealistic imagery or photography – images, videos, or GIFs – with real humans that include exposed genitals or female-presenting (yeah, we know you hate this term) nipples or depict sex acts is not allowed per our guidelines. Examples of exceptions that are still permitted but that you may need to appeal if they are misclassified are: exposed female-presenting nipples in connection with breastfeeding, birth or after-birth moments, and health-related situations, such as post-mastectomy or gender confirmation surgery.

The automated tools will improve. Having a post mistakenly flagged as adult totally sucks; we understand and agree that there have been too many wrongfully flagged posts since we announced the policy change. With tens of billions of GIFs, videos, and photos to review and millions of new posts every day, we really need your help to get it right. The more you help by reporting content that’s not permitted and by appealing content that you believe was flagged incorrectly, the better our automated tools will get at classifying your posts correctly. The more content these tools review, the more they will learn the difference between what’s permitted and what’s not. Most importantly, your content won’t be deleted if erroneously flagged and all appeals will be sent to a real, live human who can make the appropriate call.

The Norra region lacks a legendary Pokemon like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Shaymin and the like, and you can help find and make what may be the equivalent in this fakemon region! This is a little contest that you may enter where the objective is to design a mythical legendary fakemon that would fit in the region.

To enter what you need to do is:

Design a mythical legendary fakemon in the same vein as the Pokemon mentioned earlier, that would fit into the Norra region thematically. Lore and info is much liked, but not required.

Either submit the entry to the blog with whatever written info you have for it included - or tag and mention this blog in the post of your entry. If you do the latter make sure to also possibly send in a link to your entry to this blog’s messages, so that i don’t miss it. You’ll know i’ve seen it if @smash-chu has liked the post, since that’s my main blog. All the entries will be reblogged before the end of the contest to show off what everyone has made.

Make sure to not copy anyone else’s design or steal any artwork, because that will be disqualification. Artistic skill will not be judged per say, but the more effort and care you put into your entry the better!

It has come to my attention of the Tumblr purge taking effect on 17th of this month. Which I first wish to address my great disgust and full outrage at the staff and employees of this great site that I had joined long ago. What they are doing is both wrong and is risking the incomes of many great artists some of which I have come to make strong and deep bonds with over the years I’ve spent on here. So to the staff of Tumblr I say this to you HOW FUCKING DARE YOU DO THIS TO ALL OF US YOU STUPID LAZY DUMBASSES! Seriously you morons know not what you’re about to unleash. For the love of all creation don’t tamper with that you know not the consequences of what you do. Look I get the intention of this and I get that legal issues have been caused and have been a problem. However this is not the way to go about this crap nor will this end well for this site in the long run. Seriously think your ideas and solutions through first before making such decisions.

Now with that out of my system I am making this announcement as of right now that In order to try and save as many connections to all of you as I can I shall be giving you all my discord code and Twitter name for all of you to look up and stay connected with me

December 17th - a rescue plan

Some good news, I’ve been talking to two developers now and got them working together, we just had a meeting with the guys behind an existing large (millions of users) site similar to Tumblr, with a vibrant and open-minded community, and more importantly, it has open-minded owners who believe in free speech. They think we can get something done here to rescue the whole community.

I’m not allowed to reveal the site name yet. I can tell you it’s mainstream, open to everyone, open-minded and welcoming. (It’s not WordPress or any site owned by Facebook or Twitter. It’s not Pillowfort, that’s in closed beta. It’s not Ello, that’s mainly for artists. It’s not kinkspace or fetlife, those are too specialist. It’s not jux, that seems to be closed. It’s not Soup, that seems still in development and too small.)

One of the reasons for delaying the announcement for next few days is they don’t want a “land grab” where people take the names of current popular Tumblr users over there (cyber squatting). So they are looking at ways for existing Tumblr users to keep the same names on the new site.

More info over the days to come.

The plan is, broadly:

1. By December 9th, announcement of the new site and how to secure your username there

2. By December 10th, an online tool for bloggers to copy their existing content to the new site automatically, with the same tags and captions.

3. Bloggers will need to copy their content across between December 10th and December 17th if they want to use the automatic tool.

4. My understanding is that after December 17th there will be no public access to any “flagged” posts on Tumblr, but the original poster will still be able to see the flagged post (for a short time at least). Therefore, the original poster may still be able to manually download a post to their own PC or phone, after December 17th, and manually upload it to the other site. But if you have lots of posts that will take a long time, it will be better to use the automatic tool before December 17th.

Please understand that these dates are approximate and may change for technical or other reasons.

There may be a few rough edges or not so perfect looking site design on the transfer tool. Everyone is doing their best. The main goal here is to help as many people as possible preserve access to their content, in the short space of time Tumblr has allowed us, and preserve as much as possible of the Tumblr community spirit somewhere new.

The new site will cater for photo, GIF, text and html posts. It will not offer video and audio posts, due to cost reasons - maybe in future, but for now you will need to preserve video and audio content yourself in some other place.

If your Tumblr blog has a mixture of original content and reblogs, or all reblogs, all of that can be copied over to the new site. Reblogs will become “your” original content if nobody else posted them yet, otherwise they will be shown as reblogs. The devs are looking at ways to preserve attribution of reblogs back to the original Tumblr poster, if that person also moves to the new site.

Important: your Likes cannot be copied from Tumblr to the new site. You will have to go find the same posts again on the new site, and like them afresh.

(Similarly, existing reblog comments, asks, messages and other user interaction on Tumblr cannot be copied to the new site - that’s just too much to do, in the short time available.)

If you want to preserve any of your existing Liked posts on Tumblr, you will need to either: (1) download the post to your own PC, or: (2A) reblog it now to your own Tumblr blog, and then (2B) use the automatic tool, before December 17th, to move your whole Tumblr blog across to the new site.

If you have Liked a lot of posts here on Tumblr, the gridllr.com webapp should be able to help you do steps 1 and 2A quickly, I mean download or reblog.

(Someone complained to me today about the appearance of Gridllr on a phone. It’s best to use Gridllr on a PC, Mac or Tablet with a large screen.)

If you have liked a post here on Tumblr and the original poster decides to delete it, or even to delete their entire blog, some time before December 17th, then that post will be permanently lost. So if you want to be sure to preserve any of your Liked posts, you should best download or reblog as soon as possible. If it’s reblogged to your own blog it is safe from deletion, at least for next few days.

Obviously, you will lose access, after December 17th, to all past posts you have liked, if Tumblr has flagged them as NSFW. Again, the steps (1), or (2A) and (2B) covered above will be the only way to hold on to these posts.

Okay gather around kids because this class is about to begin. this one is for all my dear friends and followers. and to the @staff and @support of Tumblr i hope you’re ready because i’m about to make you all my bitches when I’m done with you. As for the rest of you sit back and enjoy.

With that said let us begin shall we?

So after taking some much needed time these past few days to process and analyze all the information and current evidence presented to me at this current time, I have come to see a list of possible problems that have the potential to occur and has been occurring to certain degrees. many of which i took the liberty of reviewing and writing out in my notes as I went along this abyssal amount of pure utter displeasing display of unprofessional stupidity from the staff, admins, support, and other employees of this site.

Before I start listing off these problems, I give you all fair warning now that this will be a lengthy read so please bare with me and mind you that I did take time out of these past few days to work on this and how I was going to present this with both various amounts of pleasure’s and displeasure's. you’re welcome.

perhaps when this call out to your B.S. is over @staff you might learn a thing or two about proper administrating. though to be fair I can see where you guys were going with this whole thing but you seriously failed horrifically not even a quarter of the way through and so as my parting gift to you guys I’m going to explain everything wrong and all the possible problems I see from you going through with this very lazy and half-baked plan of yours in my own special way.  

Now with that business out of the way let us begin with...

#1 (this one is the big one and I felt that this was needed to be addressed since this is true for many artist out the using this site.) The people of various art, and other types of nsfw communities and genre losing their blogs,work posted,means of advertising, and/or means of making an income and/or business. which in turn now having to resettle and restart on different sites. this alone is both unjust and unfair to so many and I for one am seeing it all first hand to the point that it breaks my heart and my heart goes out to these amazing people who took the time out of their days to share such amazing work, only to have it be swept away into nothing. I truly hope for the best to all of you and please never stop doing what you do. you guys are amazing and thank you for sharing your gifts to the rest of the world.

#2 Many users losing untold amounts of friends and followers if they fail to salvage their connections in time before the set date of this purge and during their migration to other social medias and other community sites. personally i honestly don’t need to say much of how true this point is to so many of us and honestly this pisses me off extremely since if the one involved has hundreds if not thousands of followers and friend saving them all in a matter of a couple weeks is near impossible unless you know ways to do so in a convenient and effective manner. I truly hope that if anything the ones who have made such strong bonds with each other during their time on this site will find a way to keep the bond going even after this storm before us. 

#3 Believe me when I say with full confidence that we can all agree that this is a long time coming and is well deserved punishment among other this later down this list. The staff members of Tumblr suffering major losses of users, potential newcomers, and their jobs. .....yeah enough said right here so let’s move on shall we?

#4 piss poor means of display for handling the current situations properly nor a means of a compromise or any compensation from the staff. Now I’ve got to say that the way the staff are “handling” or “fixing things” you would think that they would give users the option or offer to transfer the user to a adult version of this site or give a program to save your blog and list of friends and followers to a special back-up program they could send to you. to cut down on the amount of time used to make a new account on a different site. But no! they decided to just delete it all and leave many with nothing and that in itself could and can be damaging to many. way to shaft your users after all the years you pricks. 

#5 Failing to develop security system updates to detect,filter, and flag posts that go against the new guidelines and any other potential threats to system security or dangerous individuals committing illegal activities and have them banned and reported to the proper authorities and/or representatives. words cannot describe how many times I've seen claims of both stranger and friends alike getting their accounts hacked and seeing some fucked up shit. personally i rather not say more all i can say is admins and support get on that shit! seriously get off your lazy ass’s and do your damn jobs you’re not getting paid to sit at the desk to fuck around here.  

#6  Making a defective bot only to in turn go rogue and target nsfw and sfw artist alike and even the Tumblr staff by flagging any and all at random. (face-palms) wow.... just who the bloody fucking hell designed this bot/ program and were they high, drunk, or just had their head up their ass just for the warmth when they designed and programmed this thing? god damn i seriously hope that this moron gets fired especially after i bring up these next few points. Because honestly I don’t feel sorry for the stupid fuck and many will understand why.

#7 The possibilities of hackers and those of ill-intent  stealing and copying the defective bots programming and coding to create viruses to infect Tumblr or other social media site. Which I first wish to address my great disgust and full outrage at the staff and employees of this great site that I had joined long ago. What they are doing is both wrong and is risking the incomes of many great artists some of which I have come to make strong and deep bonds with over the years I’ve spent on here. So to the staff of Tumblr I say this to you HOW FUCKING DARE YOU DO THIS TO ALL OF US YOU STUPID LAZY DUMBASSES! Seriously you morons know not what you’re about to unleash. For the love of all creation don’t tamper with that you know not the consequences of what you do. Look I get the intention of this and I get that legal issues have been caused and have been a problem. However this is not the way to go about this crap nor will this end well for this site in the long run. Seriously think your ideas and solutions through first before making such decisions.

I have made many friends here, some that are nsfw. I will loose those friends because of tumblr’s dumb policy, and I might never see or hear from them again. I don’t care if what they expressed was not up to their standards because I care more about the friendship I had with them. They have been the nicest, and most caring people I’ve ever met. You are literally tearing apart my friendship with these people, and everyone else who has nsfw friends. It’s a real shame that tumblr hasn’t learned friendship, and acceptance like us users have had.

Okay the fact that they didn’t really think about making a separate site for nsfw artwork and artists as means for comprising and and having all parties Come out getting something they want instead of shooting themselves in the foot along with every other part of their bodies afterwards, getting those holes fucked, then have salt poured in their wounds, and then their doctors amputate the damages to the point of them being on life support or putting them down for good. I can't help but to feel like I'm one of quite a few hundreds if not thousands of people that feel that the intelligence of business owners like these has gone on the decline to the furthest pits of hell and beyond. It's both unsurprising yet still baffling to the point where we're beyond cringe and straight to having the urge to pulling a Thanos and wipe out these morons from the face of existence.

Here's a question for everyone....

like any man in search for answers and philosophy I have been thinking about something for quite some time and honestly I’m not sure how others would answer such deep questions that I am about to ask. What would you do if you had only one day left either be by a video game a fandom or just anything that you’ve done in general. What would you do if something that helped you create bonds with others was to suddenly end in one day? what would you do with that time? how would you go about such an event in your life? will the bonds you made and share still be strong? or would they dwindle and fade away? would you try and preserve those memories which you probably try and protest to keep it going? or would you let it go and just enjoy the time that you have in any way you could? After a long time thinking about I’ve come to conclude that such questions cannot be so easily answered. For like any of these sort of questions it has no real true shape like an ameba. There is no true way to answer such things everyone has their own way of answering such question. their own path they must take to really know. I figured I would ask all of you to see what you think for my curiosity right now is at quite a peak.
