Knowing that many of our boys of color are often not hearing the male voices interact with text, propels me forward acting as the needed literacy voice in their lives.

Going to School is not so bad after all!

The children were exploited for the cheap labor they provided. Many justified the engaging of children in factories by saying that they are helping the poor families to earn some extra money for their living.

Thank God for the public school system!
