• What are your favorite things about the ship?

Basically they grew up togheter so there's a lot of knowing each other and spending time togheter, engaging in their favourite activity: discussing and debating! It is fun and enrichment for them and they get to pry themselves open with each argument and well, one thing leads to the other~~

Shipping Miles and Franziska, objectively speaking, ISN'T incest. You can found family, adopted siblings, she calls him little brother all you want, by definition it ISN'T incest. But it could be a lot hotter if it was xd, we enjoy incest in this house hell yeah

Mileziska taste like: Meat a la Milanese. Breaded fried beef basically~. It is good and tasty meat, but its also crunchy and fried, can be eaten either hot or cold and its equally delicious and i reccomend you squeeze some lemon to it ;)

Perfectly legal, consensual age gaps in fictional relationships are one of the most bonkers things that people have started getting up in arms about. I do not understand why.

Age gap relationships have been a pervasive staple of absolutely normie romance novels for decades. Centuries! Trying to frame every age gap as inherently predatory blows my mind.

Framing legal, consensual age gaps in fiction insistently as predatory... I can't help but see it as an insidious aspect of the continued infantalization of young adults. And when the younger partner is an adult woman? It comes off as incredibly paternalistic and misogynist.

Narumayo story idea: Phoenix and Maya start calling each other husband and wife as a joke(or maybe to exploit a couple’s discount at a restaurant) and become so committed to the bit that they forget they aren’t actually married.

They don’t figure it out until years down the line when they’re helping to plan Pearl or Trucy’s wedding and realize that this is actually an entirely new experience for them.

Phoenix: B-but we must at least be legally married, right? I remember going to the courthouse with you.

Maya: Nick, we go to the courthouse all the time. That’s our job.

Phoenix: Dang it, I knew I was forgetting something!
