Freddie laughed shaking his head at her “I don’t care if she doesn’t like me, the only two people I care about are you and that sweet girl through there.”

“Well.. no offence to her but wasn’t she involved with that Mayor guy? He was a demon, so I don’t see how she can’t like me because he was a dick. He tried to eat a whole bunch of kids on their graduation day.” He mused.

“I’m not so sure.” He laughed slightly before shaking his head at her and he let his fingers trail up and down her back. “But if you think so then I will believe you.” He chuckled and then he pressed his lips to hers.

“I can imagine.” He mused and he let both arms wrap around her just holding her as she spoke and he listened his eyes on her face as his lips pressed to the top of her head. “I haven’t ever met her but I do know she’s scary.” He chuckled and his fingers played with her hair. “Yeah Slayers have this thing where they end up either in bed with their enemy or friends with them.” He teased.

He closed his eyes over when she kissed his jaw, holding her against him and he looked down at her, his brows creasing at her words. “So you.. are you okay? I know what it’s like to find that crap out, I know how it feels.” He mumbled and he played with her hair, his eyes still on her face. “Faith Lehane is your mother? I don’t know if I’m scared by that or not.”

“I don’t have pals.” He scoffed shaking his head before he shrugged. “The pals I did have were either human or dead.” He smirked slightly and then he shook his head. “I haven’t seen them since this whole thing went down I don’t even know if they’re alive.” He puffed out a breath before raising a brow. “What?”

“Yeah I can see you now all sexy and kicking demon and vampire ass.” He grinned helplessly at her rolling his head to look down at her. “They definitely did.”

“Yeah.” He laughed and he pressed his lips to the top of her head closing her eyes over. “You know, I don’t know what I’d be doing with my life if it weren’t for you.”

“I do.” He nodded and his fingers twirled her hair and he couldn’t help but smile at her pulling her in close. “You do too, huh?” He asked looked down at her with a smile.

“I’d have found my way to you eventually. And we would’ve had Sasha, so even if we weren’t here. I reckon, we’d still be together.” He smiled down at her and then raised his brows.

“I know you do.” He mused lightly and he closed his eyes over and listened to her breathed before he shrugged at her question. “Not here probably, just.. I don’t know around I guess.”

He smiled against her lips feeling her pull him closer and his arms instantly went around her and he held her against his chest as he pulled back to catch a breath. “I love you. So fucking much.”

“I love you too believe me.” He smiled and he kissed her head. His fingers trailing up and down her back before he let his lips press to hers.

“I would never ask you that, baby.” He mused shaking his head as he played with her hair and he rolled his head to look down at her. “But I’d trade it all too.”

“Believe me baby I’m not gonna be changing my mind about anything either.”‘he mused pressing a kiss to her nose as she nestled into him and he smiled down at her.

“You may or may not have mentioned it once or twice.” He smiled at her as he closed his eyes when her lips hit the side of his head and his arms tightened around her holding her as close to him as he could. “You however are the amazing one.”

“I know you do, Teags.” He smiled at her before nodding his head and pulled her towards the bedroom lifting her up just an inch of the floor as he walked back in jumping onto the bed.
