I love that part in The Lady of the Lake where Regis is loudly explaining to various dinner guests how to harm a vampire (if I remember correctly he was saying a silver knife could do it- he was holding one at the time and waving it around)

This level sass is unheard of!

Also, yeah I love the way they make fun of stereotypical vampirisms in the Witcher books. It’s one of my favourite parts!

I've just reblogged your art with fav regis moments and only at the second look I realised HE STUCK A DRAWING OF HIM ON THE MIRROR TO GIVE HIMSELF PEP TALK BC VAMPIRES DONT APPEAR IN MIRRORS you're a genius I might have passed from laughter at realisation. (And thank you so much for drawing all those incredible moments from the books!!!)

HAHAHA! Glad you enjoyed it! Sadly, I can’t take all the genius credit because I believe I saw that vampire joke somewhere here on tumblr and I immediately thought of Regis. In it the vampire drew the picture themselves but in mine I made it a gift from angoulême.

I just stumbled across your Witcher art, and your comment about being obsessed with the franchise is one I can also associate with - I've recently (as in within the last two months) joined the fandom of both W3 and especially the (audio)books, and Regis is my top fav. (my poor husband is probably going mad with how much I rave about the stories) Anyway, my whole point here is that your art is GREAT, and I look forward to seeing more of it and sharing in the Witcher obsession <3

We are both newbies! I’ve been a fan of the Witcher 3 for a while now, but only just recently did I decide to read the books, (Regis is what convinced me and I was not disappointed). I read them over the quarantine and I finished the last one around 2 weeks ago! I’m still broken up about it but man did I enjoy reading this series. One of my all time favourites for sure. (Also haha I can relate to the bothering people part. But I did actually manage to convince my mom to read them and thankfully she’s really enjoying it so far!)

Anyway, it’s awesome to meet a fellow obsessed Witcher fan and I’m super happy you enjoy my art! I shall continue to make more! I cannot be stopped.

Regis: I was listening to your conversation with Dandelion and the archer. I have to admit you have a real talent for being an oblivious mess. Seriously, stop being a lonely mope for three seconds and accept the love and assistance of your friends. I know you just sent me off with a sword to my throat but your sheer stupidity alone has drawn me back just to relay this information to you.

Geralt: What do you know, Regis? All you know is the taste of blood. Harrumph- Leave me alone.

I remember my reaction when was reading like, Noo don’t kick him out! I wanna read more Regis! Then realizing, oh he’s back lol.
