I made some aromantic reading memes for Pride Month!
These are kinda low effort, but I made them out of boredom and decided to post them anyway in case someone can relate.
Based on my experience as someone who is tired of romance being everywhere (especially straight romance).
how i rate books
1 – absolute trash. probably racist, sexist, queerphobic. i hate it with every fiber of my being. if i could, i would burn every copy.
2 – did not like it at all, but i can probably forgive the author for wasting my time.
2.5 – i don’t like it, but i can see how it might work for other people.
3 – it was fine. i enjoyed it, but it’s not going to leave a lasting impression. liked some things, didn’t like others.
4 – almost perfect. i liked most things about it, but it was missing that little magical spark to become a forever favourite.
5 – omg. i’m going to simp for this book until the day i die. please bury me with it and gift everyone at my funeral a copy. thanks.

Just went on TikTok for the first time in like….almost a year. Fuck no wonder TikTok people are insufferable. It’s just arguing and bitching and hate. The algorithm pushes that forward so much. I went there to look for kindle decoration content. Cause I know there’s heaps of that on there. So I thought this one off I’d have a look. And the first things I see is people being hateful.
And you can’t say that that’s what I interact with so that’s why I got it. Like no. I look at art, I look at friends posts, I look at basic things like animal videos. Haven’t looked at book content even longer, on there.
I hate how TikTok purposely pushes toxic content. It’s so gross and I genuinely feel sick after being on there not even 20 minutes.
I wish that app never existed. Then again. If it suddenly went away, all those toxic people would make it elsewhere. Ugh. It’s all just gross.
We are officially in the spooky season. Do you like to create seasonal content? I'm usually pretty lazy with season specific content but sometimes I have a burst of energy and I make an effort to take photos that fit the season.
