Our entire team would like to thank our combat warriors for their service and sacrifice. We are grateful to celebrate our independence because of their commitment to our country. Our friend Benjamin Breckheimer, a wounded combat warrior, set a goal to summit the highest points of all 7 continents. On June 13th 2021, Benjamin achieved his goal by summiting Denali, his final mountain of the 7 summits. Benjamin carried this combat flag to the summit and graciously gifted it to us. This most valuable gift now hangs in our distillery. New Whiskey Release alert! 🚨Small Batch #14 Single Malt Whiskey will be released this Saturday June 12th at the Tasting Room in Talkeetna and at @gavorasfinewine in Fairbanks! Batch #14 is a Single Malt Whiskey that is a blend of 3 different barrels – two single malt American Char #3 oak barrels aged for 30 months and one single malt braggot whiskey barrel aged for 32 months, then finished in a Blanton’s bourbon barrel. Aroma: Notes of Citrus, Creme Brûlée, Vanilla Bean, & Peach Tasting notes: Subtle notes of bourbon, tangerine, fresh oak, & caramelized brown sugar with a rich copper color. Finishes dry making it a perfect whiskey for sipping neat or using for your favorite Old Fashioned recipe.
