I think the agreement between F1A and FRECA is a good idea, allowing teams to run a 4th car in FRECA if they run a top 3 driver from F1A because this encourages progression outside of F1 Academy

The seat thing is both a good and bad thing and I’ve just realised it

FREC used to allow any team to run a 4th car if it was driven by a female driver in 2020-2022, but they got rid of this rule for the 2023 season, only to bring it back for 2024 but only if that female driver took part in F1A and finished in the top 3

So now any female driver who participates in a national F4 championship against boys rather than competing in F1A is essentially barred from this agreement.
