I just have to finish the scripts of the first 22 episodes of Dexter's Laboratory Season 5 in order to go to Los Angeles, California.

Through the years, Cartoon Network Studios produced original shows for both Cartoon Network & its late night block Adult Swim respectively. Soon when I started working animation in Los Angeles County, California, Cartoon Network Studios will produce original shows for Boomerang sometime next year. From 2015 to 2020, Warner Bros. Animation produced original shows for Boomerang such as New Looney Tunes & the Wacky Races reboot. After the premiere of the third & final season of the Animaniacs revival on Hulu 3 years & 5 months ago, none of the Boomerang original shows were produced by Cartoon Network Studios. That will have to change when I come to the studio at the new & current Second Century building in Burbank, California to produced a Cartoon Network crossover show by mixing characters from the past Cartoon Network original shows that I watched as a kid & designing new characters for it, & the art style I use will be inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken, Chris Savino & more. A Cartoon Network crossover show will possibly be not only on Boomerang in the United States, but a Hulu original in mid 2028. Also, Cartoon Network Studios will produce shorts based on Dexter’s Laboratory mid to late next year. In addition to the proposed shorts with Dexter & his annoying sister Dee Dee, Mee Mee & Lee Lee will have shorts of their own making it the first Dexter’s Lab spin-off. The shorts I’ll wrote at Cartoon Network Studios will premiere on Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Discovery Family & Nickelodeon & Nicktoons (American TV channel) mid to late next year, after the premiere of the second season of Avatar: Seven Havens on Paramount+. & then, Cartoon Network Studios will produce direct-to-video films which will be released on DVD & Blu-ray between early 2028 & mid 2029. Cartoon Network Studios always made television films based on shows since 1999, although Warner Bros. released The Powerpuff Girls Movie in theaters back in 2002. When Michael Ouweleen’s once again in charge of Cartoon Network & Sam Register’s now the Cartoon Network Studios president since 5 years & 11 months ago, I’ll be sure J. G. Quintel won’t be involved in my projects ether because he’s busy working on Regular Show: The Lost Tapes for Cartoon Network. By the way, my future projects will have the current aspect ratio of 16:9 (1.78:1) & 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound (only used for streaming). Before I write scripts & designing new characters at Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, California, I’ll make student animated short films at the Animation Academy in the same location which will be released during & after the premiere of the third season finale of Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake on HBO Max. After this year, Dexter & Dee Dee will soon be better than Pinky & the Brain. To me, Codename: Kids Next Door, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Ben 10 (classic) & Chowder (TV series) are the only Cartoon Network shows on Boomerang in the United States as of now. Some classic Cartoon Network shows like Juniper Lee in its uncropped 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio (1.78:1) should air on Boomerang this fall, as well as My Gym Partner’s a Monkey. Both Cartoon Network & Boomerang are owned by the Cartoon Network Group of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Linear Networks (soon Paramount Media Networks), a division of Warner Bros. Discovery (soon Paramount Skydance). By the way, the 22 minute mark for animated shows will be better than the 11 minute mark.

She’ll have a possible return in the HD season

Kimberly Brooks, the voice of Buena Girl in ¡Mucha Lucha! will probably reprise her role as Mee Mee in the proposed 5th season of Dexter’s Laboratory which will premiere sometime in 2028. You know, she’s one of Dee Dee’s friends next to Lee Lee.

There’s no such thing as a Dexter’s Laboratory/Regular Show crossover

As of now, Cartoon Network had no plans for a Dexter’s Laboratory/Regular Show crossover in the future after a panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con yesterday. To my knowledge, they’re both owned by Cartoon Network. I don’t think the crossover will happen after Regular Show: The Lost Tapes resumes with 10 new episodes on Cartoon Network this September. My rules for paperless animation in my future projects

Here are my rules of 2D paperless animation for my future projects in some animation studios in the United States & several animation studios around the world, including Snipple Animation in Quezon City.

1. Digital key animation: After the storyboard artists make the animatics digitally via Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, animators animate characters frame by frame in the rough stage on a graphics tablet via 2D animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony & TVPaint.

2. Digital cleanup: After the rough animation drawings are done digitally, cleanup artists traced the drawings on a graphics tablet.

3. Digital inking: After the digital cleanup animation is finished, animators began digital inking with a graphics tablet. For my proposed short films & my future projects, animators will add thick outlines on the characters to bring thick line animation back in the United States during & after Paramount Skydance completed acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery.

4. Digital painting or coloring: After the digital inking is finished, digital painting or coloring is added to match the color model sheets. I’ll make sure that the colors should be color corrected.

& 5. Compositing: After the digital painting or coloring is added, animators began compositing with digitally painted backgrounds for the final animation. For my proposed short films & my future projects, they’ll make UPA styled backgrounds with lineless design similar to Samurai Jack. Visual effects include 3D cel shaded CGI effects which were used in Sym-Bionic Titan.

The Saturday-morning cartoons I’ll develop based on Warner Bros. Television Studios’ popular sitcoms, Friends by Marta Kauffman & David Crane & The Big Bang Theory by Chuck Lorre & Bill Prady will never being produced by Warner Bros. Animation because the studio is busy making upcoming TV cartoon projects between this year & next year including Yokoso Scooby-Doo! for Tubi. Instead, my future projects will be produced by Cartoon Network Studios at the new & current Second Century building in Burbank, California which was responsible for producing such shows as Dexter’s Laboratory & The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (although it was recently merged with Warner Bros. Animation 3 years & 9 months ago). While Cartoon Network Studios will be producing the Saturday-morning cartoons, Warner Bros. Entertainment still owns the rights to both the Friends characters & The Big Bang Theory characters respectively.* In these animated prequels, the main characters in their respective shows will be in their preteens years (between the ages of 10 & 12). The Friends prequel will set in Central Perk while The Big Bang Theory prequel in Pasadena, California during the events of Young Sheldon & the art style will be inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken & Chris Savino in late 1990s & the early 2000s days of Cartoon Network originals. The Friends prequel will premiere on will premiere on Discovery Family & soon after on Hulu in the US & Paramount+ internationally late next year & The Big Bang Theory prequel will premiere in early 2028 because all the animated shows on Cartoon Network today uses the current thin line art style thanks to Pendleton Ward & J. G. Quintel, & the running time for the shows are now 15 minutes with commercials. Also, I will write episode scripts at Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, California when I’m done writing episode scripts of Dexter’s Lab Season 5 (7 & 8) here in Limay, Bataan. They will be the few 2020s cartoons not to use the Pendleton Ward/J. G. Quintel art style but the thick line art style when it’s not animated in flash, same with Unicorn: Warriors Eternal by Genndy Tartakovsky. For these future projects, they will be produced by Cartoon Network Studios in association with Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions for the Friends prequel, Chuck Lorre Productions for The Big Bang Theory prequel & Warner Bros. Television Studios for both shows respectively. Let’s bring sitcom based cartoons back.

My rules for paperless animation in my 2D animated short films

Here are my rules of 2D paperless animation for my proposed short films in animation schools in Los Angeles County, California.

1. Digital key animation: After I make the animatics digitally via Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, student animators & other animators like Joanna Davidovich will animate my OCs in the rough stage on a graphics tablet via 2D animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony & TVPaint.

2. Digital cleanup: After the rough animation drawings are done digitally, I’ll do the clean-up by tracing the drawings on a graphics tablet via 2D animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony & TVPaint. Digital clean-up animation will be my favorite in my opinion.

3. Digital inking: After the digital clean-up animation is finished, I’ll do the digital inking on a graphics tablet. For my proposed short films, I’ll add thick outlines on the characters to bring thick line animation back in the United States during & after Paramount Skydance completed acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery soon.

What art style will I use this year?

I will use the thick outline style inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken & Chris Savino for drawing character illustrations after I update & finish the scripts of my proposed short films for this fall until early next year & Dexter’s Laboratory Season 5 (7 & 8) for Cartoon Network late next year & not the thin outline style inspired by J. G. Quintel.

Dexter’s Lab Season 5 (or 7 & 8) will begin production soon

This fall, the 5th season of Dexter’s Laboratory will begin production at Cartoon Network Studios at the new & current Second Century building in Burbank, California & the episodes will be animated overseas in the Philippines & South Korea. Snipple Animation in Quezon City for most episodes & Rough Draft Korea in Seoul for some episodes. The biggest changes for the season will be a new title sequence & the current 16:9 aspect ratio (1.78:1), which most Cartoon Network original shows use today. The future season of Dexter’s Lab will probably premiere on Hulu (in the US) & Paramount+ (outside the US) sometime late next year, this time it won’t be a reboot unlike Ben 10.

Only traditional animation survives

For my future projects next year, rough animation is the only animation to be drawn on paper with pencil & after the completion of an untitled Dexter direct-to-DVD & Blu-ray movie with Dee Dee, hand-drawn animation will be completely paperless just like my proposed short films. Cleanup (animation) however can be done with Toon Boom Harmony 27 using a graphics tablet instead of onto a new sheet of paper. Digital cleanup artists trace the rough animation drawings on a graphics tablet with paperless technology after scanning them, taking care in including all of the details present on the original model sheets & adding color for the final animation. The current process for traditional animation is digital ink & paint (or digital cleanup & coloring as I prefer) which was used in direct-to-video animated films such as Wakko’s Wish & Tweety’s High-Flying Adventure. Cleanup animation done on a new sheet of paper with pencil will not be present in my projects. I should soon explain it to Jerry Beck when I arrive in Los Angeles a day when Paramount Skydance completed acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery.

You can’t beat the UPA style

By this fall when I work at at Cartoon Network Studios in the new & current Second Century building in Burbank, California, not only that my thick outline art style will be inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky & Chris Savino but by Craig McCracken who’s recently working at Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe producing another reboot of The Powerpuff Girls & a preschool spin-off of Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends titled “Foster’s Funtime for Imaginary Friends”. Speaking of Genndy Tartakovsky, he’s now working on his upcoming show Heist Brothers for Adult Swim. I bet I couldn’t draw characters with thin lines just like J. G. Quintel.

He needs to leave

Soon when Paramount Skydance completed acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery, Austin Traylor will leave Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank, California & move to Renegade Animation in Glendale, California & Duncan Studio in Pasadena, California to do hand-drawn animation projects for Cartoon Network, including animating characters like Dexter & Dee Dee. Speaking of Austin Traylor, he was the animator on the animated Chuck E. Cheese music video Pumpkins in My Pockets. Because, Disney Animation Studios now used CGI for feature films, & already hired an animator from DreamWorks Animation in Glendale, California by the name of Kevin MacLean. With Traylor’s arrival at Duncan Studio, he will meet Ken Duncan for the first time. When I visit Duncan Studio, I’ll make sure that the rough animation drawings on paper with pencil are scanned into the computer for digital ink & paint (or digital cleanup & coloring as I prefer) & not the cleanup animation drawings on paper with pencil which they always do in the past. For TV shows, it still has 2D animation which are produced by Disney Television Animation, although the shows are animated overseas in Asian studios such as in South Korea & in the Philippines. He’ll have a schedule to leave after I move to Los Angeles & work at Cartoon Network Studios in the Second Century Building in Burbank, California. Too bad Disney didn’t make more direct-to-video animated films after DisneyToon Studios closed its doors 8 years ago, not even another Tinker Bell movie.

This summer or fall at Cartoon Network Studios at the new & current Second Century building in Burbank, California, I will develop two Saturday-morning cartoons based on Warner Bros. Television Studios’ popular sitcoms, Friends by Marta Kauffman & David Crane & The Big Bang Theory by Chuck Lorre & Bill Prady. In these animated prequels, the main characters in their respective shows will be in their preteen years (between the ages of 10 & 12). The Friends prequel will set in Central Perk while The Big Bang Theory prequel in Pasadena, California during the events of Young Sheldon & the art style will be inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken & Chris Savino in late 1990s & the early 2000s days of Cartoon Network originals. Entertainment. The 6 main characters will be in their preteen years (ages 10 to 12) set in Central Perk & the art style will be inspired by Genndy Tartakovsky, Craig McCracken & Chris Savino in the late 1990s & the early 2000s days of Cartoon Network originals. The cartoon is scheduled to premiere on Discovery Family late next year, & soon after on Hulu in the US & Paramount+ internationally because all the animated shows on Cartoon Network today uses the current thin line art style thanks to Pendleton Ward & J. G. Quintel, & the running time for the shows are now 15 minutes with commercials rather than 30 minutes with commercial breaks. It will be one of the few 2020s cartoons not to use the Pendleton Ward/J. G. Quintel art style but the thick line art style when it’s not animated in flash & it will be one of the future cartoons this decade. For this future project, it will be produced by Cartoon Network Studios in association with Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions & Warner Bros. Television Studios.
