Most people don’t know much of my story. I was brave and posted this on my Instagram earlier this evening (ignore my spelling mistake in the description). It is so important to bring awareness to self injury and people who are struggling with mental illness. You are not alone. And please remember, no matter how ‘happy’ someone may look on the outside, they could have the biggest battle going on inside. I am glad to share my story, and if anyone ever needs someone, you have me. And one person is better then none.
