The most recent heatwave was so bad it fucked with my breathing so much. Anyone got any good tips for keeping cool so I can survive the next one?

Being claustrophobic and putting on a binder after a bath/shower is a war of its own. Having to stop every few seconds to do breathing exercises sucks, but not wearing it makes me feel gross.
