Rules
1. Mondays: Mealprep and rest days (only rest day is feel like it)
2. two maintenance days a month (? - if it works)
3. 10k steps (7k - 8k at the least).
- Watch Big Craig, Phat Ash and Friends, SamAtEverySize, Megan Anne, Angelyca Unflitered, or Amberlynn Reid commentarys when hungry / unmotivated.
4. Go to bed by 12 am, wake at 10pm - work days: go to sleep by 9am and wake by 6pm.
5. No watching sad things - ruins mood and causes overeating.
6. If I over eat one day, use a little less cals through the week (if on a Sunday ignore or subtract, depends on hunger on that Monday).
7. Weigh in on Thursdays and Sundays.
8. Don't fall into restriction or overeating !!
