Has the power to change the rate of certain processes, as long as they don't rely on an outside or pre-determined factor. It's essentially softcore time dilation, except it can affect individual processes, rather than the process of time as a whole.

This can also used to control temperature, which is how Deri hibernates, and by using their third eye that senses heat, they communicate using fluctuating heat signals.
This can be use for hot or cold breath, or the less effective hot or cold touch.

They can also use this power to transform between their two forms, the hapuku fish and the tuatara.

Their ability also allows them to camouflage, by assuming colour and general pattern of any surface they can see by eye, however it's not exactly 1 to 1 or quick-changing, so they can be seen if paying close attention, and become immediately obvious if they move. It's not invisibility, just good camouflage.

They can also change sex at will, as well as alter their general build over time, build here meaning their muscle mass, height, etc.

Now for the caviat.
Their hot, masculine, fast, form-change, and generally high-power abilities are only able to be done in warm environments, conversely the cold, feminine, slow, camouflage, and generally low-power abilities are only available in cool environments, but.. the warm environment abilities burn resources, whereas the cool ones use up less resources.

When played well, careful consideration of when and where to act, should not result in the pool of resources running dry.
