Be careful though or she’ll transfigure you into a real snake.
Probably a garden snake.
I'll have you know if I was any type of snake I'd be a lot more venomous and ferocious than a common garden snake.

Slughorn. Definitely Slughorn. He has the best temper, possibly rivaled by McGonagall.
Hm, I think I've given him enough to lose his hair over this week though. Minnie sounds like a plan though..
Who do I have to poke around here to get some form of entertainment?
Oh no. Chadwick is quite the talented bird.
Well you ought to watch where you put him then hadn't you? Bird with such talent...
actually
Sounds… interesting. But your secrets will be safe with me, I never remember a thing in the morning, and even if I did, I’m not exactly one to judge.
It's nothing too fallacious, I just get rather creative after one or two scotches.
Hestia. He’s my pet bird.
Well he seems like an incredibly inept conversation holder.
*Talking to Chadwick in the corner of the room*
What the fuck are you doing talking to a bird? Helga is it?

I can’t decide whether I like it or not, I always get up to something reckless with no one to tell me no, but I hate it when they do.
I'd prefer if people didn't find out the sort of things I do for when I'm drunk.
actually
I’m up for anything if there’s alcohol involved.
Oh good, drinking alone always makes me feel odd.

I'm in a pretty good mood tonight, anyone care to join me for a drink?
I believe that calls for detention at my office tonight at eight.
Oh professor, that little git deserved it. I've been getting away with hexes for ages so where have you been hiding?
well
I think that was the most exciting fight I have seen between two first years ever. It was hilarious, although you can never be too careful where jelly legs jinxes are being cast.

Great minds think alike // Bellatrix & Avery
Walking in behind her, Avery shoved the small girl forward into the room with such a force that made her stumble to the ground. Unlike Bellatrix he knew that she wasn’t one to savour every moment of torturing someone. She lashed out viciously. Avery however loved to take his time, sometimes even drawing it out for weeks at a time with one person. He loved how much personality a person could reveal just by applying pain and terror.
"After you, Bella" his voice was as sweet as sugar and the smile on his face reflected it nicely. His wand now out of his pocket and weaving between his long fingers. Avery closed the door behind them and made his way over to a dust covered desk, leaning lazily on it and observing his fellow Slytherin’s next move with blank eyes.
Bellatrix shouldn't have looked so happy, but the fact that she had this girl almost all to herself. She had something to hurt, Bella had something to keep her from cursing the filth of the school. Licking her lips she stooped a little to the girls level to get a proper look at her, her widening blue eyes and increased breathing made Bellatrix chuckle darkly as she stood back up.
"now the question remains, knife or wand" she asked, her ever growing smirk still evident. She decided in her head, wand. Bellatrix could make her wand do things that other people wouldn't dream of. Taking her wand back out she twirled it in between her fingers for a few seconds before she aimed it at the cowering girl.
She muttered under her breath as she moved her wand around in a shape in the air, still pointing at the girl. Her first scream echoed off the walls and rang in her ears, the sound still could be heard after Bellatrix lowered her wand for a moment. The girl had an incredibly deep wound close to her chest, Bella turned to Oliver "jump in whenever you feel like it" she grinned.
Great minds think alike // Bellatrix & Avery
Seeing her assert herself in front of him wasn’t anything new. In fact it humoured him and he admired the small gesture. If a member of the noble house of Black felt the need to assert themselves ahead of him then he must be doing something right.
Putting his hand firmly and the younger girls shoulder so she couldn’t make a quick get away he pushed her slightly to Bellatrix’s pace, making sure to stay behind her as they made their way up to the 5th floor
Her smile didn't waver, she was simply happy that she she hadn't had to do a lot of work to get to this point, about to torture this little girl and there was nothing anything anybody could do to stop them. She hummed quietly as she walked, her knuckles white on her wand as if she was afraid it was going to be taken off her again.
Bellatrix led the way up to the 5th floor, not bothering to look back to see if they were following because she knew they were because of the pace of the first years breathing and the small whimpering noises escaping her lips. Almost as if she realized that no-body came up here anymore, it was full of classrooms that contained supplies.
Stopping she tilted her head a little looking at the classroom doors, she made her way slowly down the corridor and picked one towards the end. If anybody did happen to be wandering past, they wouldn't suspect anything. Pushing the door open she made her way in and glanced at the piles of parchment on various desks.
