Most of the people I have seen in Argentina are very fair like Europeans.

As a former colony of Spain, and the local Plantocracy that evolved therein.

The fair skinned peoples occupy the upper echelons of the social hierarchy.

Making it almost impossible for the brown skinned peoples to gain meaningful recognition nationally.

Argentina is also a Fascist country, making it a haven for Fascist dictators and Nazis to seek asylum.

I have studied this question for years, and here is my conclusion.

We were the first peoples on this planet. Making us something to be curious about, feared, or even despised, by those who came after.

Because we look different from all the rest, they assume that we may be superior, or even inferior to them.

So they treat us accordingly. When they conquer us, they tell us they are superior, and try their hardest to ensure that we never forget that idea.

Slavery and colonization for centuries, helped to cement those beliefs, and overtime, even they the Non-Blacks have come to believe their own propaganda as truth.

However, Black Africans never became colonizers, so they never attained the wealth it brings, from conquests and occupation for centuries.
