Ok, I found out about this trend where people talk about who's "invited to the cookout" i.e. who's black, has black energy, or who's got the right vibe to be at a primarily black event. And I thought it would be fun to do an Indian version, so...

Ok, yes, I'm definitely biased with this first one, but there's a whole argument here. Unlike most of the other Saiyans, he's polite and only uses his powers when he needs to. Besides that, bro's got STATUS. He's a straight-A student, is a full-time scholar, married a baddie whose father is also the world champion who's also loaded, and he has a daughter. He's legit that one dude your parents compare you too but you can't even hate him because he's so nice.
Sawako Kuronuma (Kimi ni Todoke)
Take one look at this girl and tell me she isn't the personification of classic Bollywood heroine energy. I'm not talking about the modern trend where they're all girl bosses with attitude (which is valid), I'm talking the sweet, quiet girl with the long hair. You know the kind. The MC is just chilling when he looks up, hears a piano or violin intro to the song, and sees her walking in with light radiating off of her. Ghost-girl vibes or not, she's not just invited, she's taking over the wedding!
Like Kuronuma, Asui also has that classic heroine appearance with the long hair and the quiet nature. Slight difference is she's a little more sociable which means she'll fit in quickly. She might not win many favors from the grown ups with her voice and sticking her tongue out most of the time, but she'll at least fit in with the youth of the party.
Junta and Nagisa (Kubo-san Won't Let Me Be Invisible)
Ok, I know this one's two characters, but they're a package deal so I'm counting them as one in invite. We ALL know that one dude that sneaks under the radar and Junta is that dude. He's quiet but in a chill dude way, not the don't-come-to-school-tomorrow way. But the second the adults catch him, Nagisa has to swoop in before they start setting her man up with someone else because unfortunately he's also got that politeness to a fault with an inability to say no. Luckily they're both soft-spoken and super wholesome, so once word spreads, no one's splitting them up.
Ok, I know they never really said the country this man was born in but it can't be more obvious. Bro's got the tan, he's got the suave demeanor, (the perfectionist depression arc), and he's specifically a master of fragrant SPICES. You know he's gonna be catering and socializing out front.
Rama and Sita (Ramayana 1993)
Ok, this is kind of a sneaky move, but come on, it's an anime with characters from Hindu mythology, of course they're getting the invite! And of course they HAVE to bring Hanuman because bro will be life of the party!
And of course, India (Hetalia)
The literal personification of the country. Bro even had a Bollywood style intro. He got an invite before the wedding was even an idea!
