Lecture 01: Your stamina level
Determining and understanding your stamina level.
For propagation of the species reasons, Mother Nature made it such that males orgasm quickly and easily, and often perhaps a bit too quickly. Having “stamina” is natural for some, a matter of steely control for others, and impossible for many.
So let’s take a closer look at stamina, and what it means to those aspiring to understand the positive and pleasant aspects of premature ejaculation. The term “stamina” is defined as “the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort.” The definition makes it obvious that the term is ill-chosen to describe the length of time one can perform vaginal intercourse prior to reaching orgasm.
Intercourse is not like a marathon where physical strength and mental fortitude lead to success. In fact, physical fitness and strength have very little to do with sustaining intercourse. There are millions of strong and physically very fit males who are premature ejaculators. Not all the fitness in the world will help them hold their cum.
One might argue that mental effort relates more closely to the ability to hold back orgasm, but that really isn’t so either. Willpower only goes that far. You might will yourself through those 50 pushups or through the last mile of a run, but try to stop a cough or sneeze, or the point-of-no-return. Willpower may prolong the act but only at the cost of pleasure and, as we’ll discuss in a future lesson, sometimes willpower backfires.
That said, for some reason the term “stamina” has come to be used as a measure of a male’s ability to have lengthy intercourse. Thus, “stamina” is worn like a batch, an achievement, an extraordinary feat, and something to be proud of and brag about. “Stamina” almost stands for great sex, ability to please, consideration, and moral fortitude.
In fact, stamina — and I’ll use the faulty term with reluctance — is nothing more than luck of the draw. Some have it and some don’t. Some have it all their life, some have it and lose it, some didn’t have it and then suddenly it’s there, and with some it comes and goes. There are men who would give almost everything to have more of it, and there are others who would gladly have less. In fact, seeking LESS stamina is why most of you enrolled at PEU and for this course of study.
Since stamina, or the lack of it, is clearly one of the key issues in the study and pursuit of premature ejaculation, it is imperative that every student has a clear understanding of their own stamina. Your personal (and certified!) stamina level is part of your scholastic record here at PEU. Your stamina level not only affects the courses your advisor here at PEU will recommend for you, but it is also a key metric used in measuring your progress throughout your course of study and, of course, your ability to lower your level (if needed) figures large in your final grades and qualification for graduation.
Note that the vanSnelst Stamina Level classification system, built upon decades of PE research, is by far the most accurate and most widely used such system, and also the only one issuing board-approved stamina level certification cards, the use and maintenance of which is on the verge of becoming mandatory in 23 major countries (72 other nations are in preliminary phases of discussion and implementation). It is safe to say that in a few years’ time, and quite possibly sooner, an official stamina certification card will be a prerequisite for the commencement of any dating activity, and a male’s SL number will be an official part of his record (note that “Managing your SL number” is part of the advanced curriculum at EU). For females, knowing a potential partner’s SL will be as important, and as commonplace, as knowing your bed’s sleep number.
But now on to the scale itself.
All of you will undoubtedly already are familiar with the scale. For the purpose of this course, we’ll examine and discuss each level. This will help you gain a greater understanding of Stamina Level science as well as of your place within the scale. Don’t be surprised if you are not where you think you are.
So let us look at the vanSnelst Stamina Level classification system:
Level 10: I’ve never in my life cum too soon; I have perfect stamina.
If you ever meet someone who claims to be a Level 10, call him a lier. If he won’t admit it, ask his girlfriend or his wife. There isn’t a man alive who has never cum too soon. Nothing’s “perfect.” And who’d want to go on banging forever. Making love is not an olympic event. If you claim to be a Level 10 and are in this class, seeking to become a premature ejaculator, the university may overlook your fibbing and will do its best to help you.
Level 9: I’ve cum too soon perhaps a couple of times in my life; it’s not an issue for me.
If you’re a Level, you’re still quite the exception. And your female partner’s may say that those “couple of times” may be more like a few dozen times, or more. But even that, truth be told, would still enable you to say it’s not an issue for you. I, Professor Maximus vanSnelst myself, was a Level 9 for many years. I vividly recall the long, boring hours of intercourse and the desperate search for a good fantasy, or any fantasy, that would lead me to orgasm. It was miserable for all involved!
Level 8: Every now and then I cum too soon, like everyone else.
A large number of men claim to be Level 8, but technically they are lying as well. Because a) “too soon” is relative and their female partners may well disagree, and b) because female vaginal orgasm simply doesn’t happen all the time, making even decent duration “too soon.” You can, however, bask in the knowledge that most premature ejaculators cannot even imagine what it might be like to only cum too soon “every now and then.” evel 7: It’s something that happens more often than I like, but I am not concerned.
Chances are that it happens a lot more often than you really like but you won’t admit that. That’s okay. You are pretty much the norm, or at least what most males claim to be the norm.
Level 6: I have a premature ejaculation issue but can usually control it.
Level 6 is where most human males are. It has to be that way, or else there would be no human species. Mother Nature wants for males to cum more quickly than females, or else the females would get up and walk away when they are done. Never forget, men and women do this to reliably get the sperm in the right place at the right time. The truth is that nature wants all men to be premature ejaculators.
Level 5: I have a premature ejaculation issue and rarely last more than 5 minutes during intercourse. 3 to 5 minutes on average.
You, in fact, do not have a premature ejaculation issue. Although your stamina is slightly less than average. According to Wikipedia, “the average time for heterosexual intercourse (coitus) was 7 minutes and that 1 to 2 minutes was too short, 3 to 7 minutes was adequate and 7 to 13 minutes desirable, while 13 to 30 minutes was too long.” We’ve even seen infographs that claim that 9 out of 10 men ejaculate within a minute after vaginal penetration. That may or may not be so, but fact is that most stamina claims are quite exaggerated. With numbers like those, it’s clear that the last thing the PE remedy industry seeks is to “cure” premature ejaculation, just like the diet industry certainly doesn’t want to make people permanently thin.
That said, if you’re a Level 5 you are hardly a desperate premature ejaculator, though the thought probably has crossed your mind. If you find yourself at three minutes most of the time and dropping below to two or one minute on a regular basis you may be heading that way. Especially if it gets you really upset or really excited whenever you cum more quickly than average.
Level 4: I usually come within one minute or less after entry during intercourse.
Now we’re getting into true premature ejaculator territory. You are in the range of what the general clinical definition of premature ejaculation lies. Level 4 is what the US$2 billion per year premature ejaculation remedy industry labels a “sexual dysfunction,” an industry that expects to grow by 9% over the next five years according to market researchers at arizton.com.
If you’re a Level 4, you’re at a point where you’re either panicking or, if you’re lucky, start thinking about embracing and eventually enjoying your condition. This is where your instructor found himself after decades of being a Level 9. Luckily, his condition sparked a very enjoyable PE fetish and he couldn’t have it any other way.
Level 3: When attempting intercourse I often ejaculate immediately upon entry.
Level 3 and Level 4 often go together. Both are clearly in premature ejaculator territory. A Level 3 may occasionally reach Level 4 or, on very rare occasions, even Level 5. Most Level 4s will occasionally experience Level 3 incidents. Depending on their mindset, they will consider those a setback or an especially exciting sexual treat. PEU faculty research suggests that reaching Level 3 is a fairly common fantasy and even goal of males afflicted with the PE fetish, even if they are not PE (yet). Level 2: When attempting intercourse I often ejaculate before I can get in her pussy.
While most consider Level 2 to be an advanced extent of premature ejaculation, some PEU researchers suggest that ejaculation prior to any vaginal contact may constitute a different PE variant, one with related but different psychological/physical balance and alternate PONR (Point-of-no-Return) triggering. Submission/humiliation components may be at work, as well as cross-fetish elements. However, PEU research has also identified Level 2 PE as a frequent fetish/fantasy goal and desire. At this point, there is much argumentation pitting E=E (Entry = Ejaculation) purists who believe that vaginal entry is ground zero for ejaculation against more liberal PEF proponents who view the desire to be/become a premature ejaculator within a broader context. Level 1: I never get close to intercourse as I usually ejaculate into my pants.
Level 1 is less well researched than any other level on the van Snelst Stamina Scale. While most males have experienced “cumming into their pants” during early phases of dating and petting, most have traditionally grown out of it and either assumed a sexual life on the middle levels of the Stamina Scale or became mild premature ejaculators. There are indications that the emergence of the Internet is changing that. With pornographic sites and depictions a mainstream part of life, “gooning” and “cumming in your pants” have become vastly more common, to the extent where prior behaviors have become conditions and even fetishes and desires. Much research remains to be done in this area.

During orgasm, you must be intently focused on feet in order to truly associate arousal with them. Also, adding in hypnosis to increase association is a good idea. 3. Conditioning: Cum as fast as you can every single time
This step is all about unconditioning stamina. When we were young masturbation was about cumming as fast as possible. Advice on becoming PE
I am frequently asked for help by guys who want to become premature ejaculators. So here’s an expanded reprint of an earlier advice post.
Like any sexual preference or desire, finding pleasure in quick ejaculation can be a wondrous thrill. Why it is so erotic to some of us no one knows. To most males it’s an unwanted thing. To a few it’s a huge turn-on. But how can one realize the fantasy, make it real? Here’s what might help make your desire come true:
Start thinking of yourself as a premature ejaculator. Before sex, always tell yourself that more than likely you will cum too soon, that you won’t last, and how erotic an idea that is to you. Come to terms with the increasing likelihood that your need to become premature will make you fail and that you’ll cum much more quickly than in the past. Start realizing that for you, lasting a minute or two is the very most you can expect now, but most likely you’ll cum sooner. Accept that you are falling into a premature ejaculation fetish. For you, just thinking of cumming too soon gives you a hard-on.
Don’t ever force cumming. For you to become a true premature ejaculator, you must allow it to happen to you, let it become who and what you are. Accept that you are helpless and that you simply have no control over your cock and the point of no return. Vaginas control your cock and make it cum, and sometimes just thinking of how they control your cock, or being close to one can make you lose control and ejaculate. If you follow this, chances are that you may end up becoming a true premature ejaculator. But be careful what you wish for. Becoming a premature ejaculator is relatively easy. Losing the fetish and regaining stamina and control may be much harder.

Techniques to reduce stamina

One: The Side Roll, place the pad of your index, or middle finger on frenulum. Place your thumb on the top of the penis directly under the gland (head) gently rotate your fingers back and forth in a similar motion as if you are rolling a cigarette or joint. In other words your fingers massage the penis from side to side, not up and down.
Two: The Claw, form a claw with your hand so that all your fingers are bent as if you were going to scratch someone like a cat . Place your hand over the penis and gently bring your fingers together so that they all contact the penis just below the head. ( make sure your penis is well lubed) bring your hand up so that your fingers slide up over the corona to the top of your penis’s head and return to starting position. Three: The Two Finger Tease, rest one hand palm down on your pubic area. gently push the erect penis with the index and middle finger of your other hand on to the back of your resting hand. Make short up and down strokes with your two fingers along the frenulum.
Four: Crowning the Corona, with this technique you use the hand to massage the top third of the penis, in a circular motion, with most of your emphasis on stimulating the head. We have a very good video to demonstrate this technique.
Five: Two FingerJack, a simple variation of the classic stroke. You use only the thumb and index finger. Lightly grip the penis and stroke from the base to the tip, or try the Half Jack, stroke from midway up the shaft to the head and back.
Mix things up. It is easy to go from the two finger jack into the side roll. vary your techniques. You will have much time to experiment, and hone your edging techniques. We are less concerned about simulating intercourse, as we are in making the penis more sensitive and to teach you how to respond quickly to stimulation.

This guide will tell you how to train to orgasm faster.
1. Buy a stopwatch.
2. Always record your times (from first stroke to moment of no return).

Buy a Stopwatch

If you don’t record your times you will never know if you are improving. What is the point of pursuing premature ejaculation if you can’t tell if it is working?
Buy an actual stopwatch. They are cheap. They cost maybe 15 bucks for a good one. Think of it as a sex toy, I know my gf does. She loves to hold the timer.
Always Record Your Times
Why are you timing yourself if you aren’t keeping a record? Go on google docs and make a quick excel sheet and chart your times. After you have some data you can chart them on a graph. It is extremely hot to see your descent. I have jerked off many times to the steep downward drop on my chart. It is worth it. At the very least, write them down.
Only Use One Finger
The less physical stimulation you use, the faster you will become during intercourse. If your body is used to only having 5% of your penis stimulated, then when you have sex and stimulate 100% you will orgasm much faster. As you continue with your training, reduce the stimulation even more. Start to add layers of clothing between the rubbing, rub a spot that isn’t as sensitive or try to finish yourself hands free. The end goal is to become handsfree and to make it a habit. If you can orgasm hands free in 30 seconds do you think there is a chance of even getting inside a pussy without cumming?
Use Only Clothed Women
The less visual stimulation you use, the faster you will become during intercourse. If you are accustomed to masturbating to a woman that is completely clothed, a naked woman will be very overstimulating, and this will make you cum faster. I know it can be hard to get used to less stimulating porn but you will be glad that you went thru the effort. The Trigger method is very helpful in this training. Phase 1. Medium-term Gooning - ‘simulated PE’
