HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS CLOWN?

This was back when neon district was starting to hit high heights and low lows with its players, and I was pretty young at the time so basically it was years ago. No idea how to screen record, zero screenshotting (because I didn’t know this would never resurface again) and years of wondering “Was this really just a creepypasta in the making or a very vivid dream?”

I joined a friend out of curiosity of wondering why they were in such a small public server who has no recollection of this happening. I don’t think other servers were active other than two other small ones, and I can’t remember if the clown was in those ones a well. I don’t think they were. There were a few other players in the same server as us which I assumed was their other friends at the time, and I happened to be the first to discover the clown. Can’t remember where, however we all conjugated around the area the clown was it.

It was always out of bounds, unmoving, no idle animation that I can remember, and it did not have any player movements to them. No reaction to texts or emotes either. We assumed it was just a new npc and thus messed around with it. When we got too close it would teleport to another place on the map, also out of bounds. That’s all it really did. Main places I remember were the police station, sewer gate that blocks off a part of the sewer near the one homeless gathering area, and the place where you go up concrete stairs to the executive apartments, beside the red vending machine behind the gate.

There was no indication that it spawned in, no creepy out of place noises, no sound cues to take note of, no voices or music, just a clown holding a balloon doing clown things.

If anyone can remember this clown’s existence can someone please tell me? There is no history or digital footprint about it anywhere and I seem to be the only one who knows about it. This is not some kind of arg or horror webseries in the making this is just some crazy guy on the internet wondering if what they saw was a very vivid dream or actual npc test coding accidentally left in a version of roblox’s neon district

Because it feels like a lot of history from neon district has been slowly fading from the internet

Despi only has so much knowledge about games. It’s a dream that I at least get to create a game but I lack enough experience on coding, anything 3D and music + so many other game elements. But I’m sure with enough study and support + motivation I’ll be able to make this ambition come true !!
