I'm a 90s kid
Before reading this... just remember that blue mascara WAS definitely cool!! And I totally remembered, and sang, the Live & Kicking phone number! This is the most awesome status I have copied for a long time! (NOT!) :) If you grew up in the 90's you will remember these things: Used Sun-In on your hair and thought it was totally stylish! Owned a compilation tape including 'Rhythm is a Dancer', 'What is Love' and 'Mr Vain' Wore plastic dummies round your neck, the bigger the better! Went on holiday and came back with a hair braid. Owned a ridiculous amount of scrunchies. You always wanted to be on "Fun House". You collected Pogs. Watched Sharkie and George, Count Duckula and Trap Door. Collected "Goosebumps" books! Went into The Body Shop to put on White Musk or Vanilla perfume. Owned a shell suit and/or bum bag. Collected Kellog's chicken reflector to attach to the wheels of your bike. Had a "Puppy in my Pocket" or a Boglin Gordon the Gopher! You owned or longed for an Adidas three stripe tracksuit. Thought Blue Mascara was cool! You wore leggings/cycling shorts with long t-shirts. You owned a Bennetton, NafNaf, Sweater Shop jumper or waistcoat. Tacky hairbands with you name written on in thick glitter. You bought Smash Hits for the song lyrics and the immense amount of stickers that you would stick everywhere! You collected Tazos. You could only watch the Simpson's on Sky. On a Saturday afternoon you watched Baywatch, Catchphrase, Gladiators, Generation Game, Noels House Party and then Casualty. You taped the Pepsi Chartshow on Radio One and tired to pause the tape before the DJ started talking. Cans of Coke were 25p. A grey Fruit of the Loom jumper was a must have. You owned or wished you owned a Global Hyper Colour T-shirt. You used the line "it's a free country" every day. And said "Not" at the end of every sentence. Not. Hooch Alcoholic Lemonade and MD20/20...... 'Don't Forget your Toothbrush', 'TFI' and 'Big Breakfast' with Chris Evans Trolls!!! You know the dance to Macarena and Saturday Night. You also tried to scat like Scatman John! Bi bat ba ba da bo... You watched Byker Grove. Home and Away was a prime time ITV programe watched by millions. You wore stick-on earrings at the side of your eyes. Or in between your eyebrows. You owned a Spice Girls album! "Strike it Lucky" on a sunday night with Michael Barrymore (when he was straight & married) You remember Todd Landers in Neighbours. You religiously watched Saved by the Bell on a Saturday morning! You more than likely lost/nearly lost a wobbly tooth on a Wham bar!! CK one (probably the fake one from the market) Going Live, then Live and Kicking was the place to be on a Saturday Morning - you know you remember the number 0181 811 8181 (you just sang that number when you read it!) You knew every word to the theme tune from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. You wore crappy lipstick such as - coffee shimmer, heather shimmer and birthday suit! You wore Kickers with the tags hanging from them

Dr Beasley's Plastic Sealant
I received a sample of Dr Beasley’s Plastic Sealant in this month’s Waxybox, so as I was giving the Golf a clean today I thought I would give it a go.
The instructions are straightforward - wash and thoroughly dry the plastics before use, then apply the sealant using a detailing sponge, pad or mitt. Leave for 1-2 minutes and buff gently for a smooth matte finish. It advises not to apply in direct sunlight but living in the North of England that shouldn’t be too much of a problem!
It has a thick gel consistency which is very easy to work with, much better than the runny plastic dressings I’ve used in the past.
I applied to half of my mirror housing with a small sponge applicator, leaving the right hand side naked. It was easy to control where I wanted to use the sealant.
It was left for just under 2 minutes and buffed off using a microfiber cloth. As you can see there is a huge improvement to the look where it has been applied.
The blurb states that it’s water repellant and detergent resistant so it should cope with my weekly wash routine for a while.
Available from www.bearswaxfactory.co.uk priced at £14.95 for 340ml
