Where’s bff Connor and Hank? Why is it only paternal affection? I hate that the only non-romantic, familial bond they have is father/son. Give me the intimacy of found family that doesn’t have to be justified by Hank being Connor’s dad. Give me platonic love between two men! It’s either father/son or lovers, but these two have so much potential as just friends!

Like I love pretty much every ship with Connor, but if it’s not hankcon the relationship between Hank and Connor is almost always father/son. Men can be just friends y'all. I don’t have to be my buddy’s brother just because we aren’t lovers.
