Secret Santa for the Indies
Winter is coming—- I mean, ’tis the season for finals hot chocolate, pretty winter clothes unless you’re in Australia, lots of shopping, the holidays & all that great stuff. Needless to say, while super exciting, it can also get a little stressful, what with semesters coming to an end, family you may not necessarily get along with showing up, & all sorts of holiday cheer. But the idea of the holidays, no matter what, remains the same– to give.
That’s where this comes in. Every day, starting from the sixth of December up until Christmas, you’ll be sending in love, random messages, submissions, whatever you can think of to your designated secret santa-ee ( since you’re the secret santa ). It doesn’t have to be anything big or major, just drop in, ask about their day, hold up some sort of conversation, cheerlead them until break, that sort of thing.
Please don’t forget to send in at least one ask a day, it really brightens someone’s day. If you don’t think you can keep up, please don’t reblog. I don’t mean to be mean but the one time I was in something like this, my Secret Santa went away the second day of December ( & it broke my heart. Okay no it didn’t but it was v v sad ).
So, this is how you enter. Reblog this post, once is enough, likes don’t count. Pretty simple. Oh & track the tag “secret santa for the indies 2k15,” I will post a few updates & faqs, & once things get rolling, you can stop tracking. Please don’t reblog if you’re already a part of a different Secret Santa, alright? You have until December 5th I’m so sorry I was late. I want to send in the urls to people so they can start sending things in by then. You don’t have to be a part of the Teen Wolf fandom, since you sometimes meet the coolest people through crossovers anyway. Fandoms that can reblog/enter will be under the cut, I will update as I get asks/remember. ( Please note; I’m not trying to limit people, I’m just trying to keep myself from getting too overwhelmed, especially by fandoms I’m not too familiar with. )
