I decided to attempt some more board games with the kids.  We went old school, with Operation. I remember enjoying this game when I was a kid. But my son wasn’t impressed. The slots are much bigger and you aren’t even removing any bones or internal organs.   

My daughter found the game way too easy and didn’t understand what was making the man sick. Truth be told, I didn’t understand a bunch of them either. 

Once my son  figured out how to successfully remove the pieces, he decided the game wasn’t fun anymore. He actually likes it when the buzzer goes off.

In a way I can’t blame him, this new dumbed down version of the game is pretty boring. 

I like @how2beadad version much better.
