When was Grimlock told about Kai kidnapped by Shockwave did he asks the Autobots especially Optimus Prime that they will rescue her? Which I know they are working on
And does he developed a deep hatred for Shockwave for kidnapping Kai and promise himself that he will be there for Kai?
He found out almost immediately after she was taken with everyone else. To be honest he didn't really ask Optimus anything, it was more like "I'm going with you to get her, and if you aren't, I'm going alone no matter what you say". Obviously Optimus led several attempts to rescue her, all of which Grimlock was a part of.
He did form a deep hatred for Shockwave, for taking her and turning her into a weapon, but his hatred burned him inside the most after Kai had been brought home but wasn't the same. The Autobots did their best, but the damage to her brain module from Shockwave's tampering was more than Ratchet, or any Cybertronian, could fix. She was vacant often and had episodes of lashing out violently and was in a deep depression remembering everything she had done when she wasn't in control. That's when Grimlock's hatred piqued, seeing the pain it all left behind.
Shockwave!! Your end is near!! Also what was Shockwave's reaction when he found out that the Autobots took back Kai his "Weapon" back to their care? And another important thing... how did Grimlock react when he finds out what Shockwave did to Kai? I know Grimlock's temper, but how?

He didn't have much reaction when he discovered she was back with the Autobots, he expected it - it was only logical that such sentimental beings driven by their emotion would want their little family member back. What did surprise him, however, was that they had given her to the Cho'zoh for a time, who had not only been able to reverse the Shadowplay which was previously thought to be impossible, but fully rehabilitate her and make her stronger than ever in ways even he could not have replicated with every modification he gave her. This was what spurred him to find out more about the Cho'zoh and their planet and eventually invaded them.
As for Grimlock, I don't think there are words to describe the rage and hatred he felt towards Shockwave for what he had done to Kai. In my lore, that was the thing that made him chase Shockwave to earth with the Dynobots and stop at nothing to kill him, even sacrificing his team and himself by getting caught in a volcanic eruption and buried beneath the lava (as it was in the IDW comics), rather than it simply being about Shockwave embarrassing them over an energon raid.

When Kai found out about the planet Cho'zoh did she say goodbye to Optimus, Hot Rod, and the other Autobots to recover from Shockwave's control?
Yes, there was a long conversation about it. They knew there was no one on Cybertron who could help her, and that the Cho'zoh could. They knew she would have to be there for a long time, and it was a painful decision for everyone but there was no question they had to do it as it was what was best for her in the end, as terribly as they would miss her.
She remained in regular contact with them and they were permitted to visit her as often as they wanted, which wasn't as often as they would have liked due to everything still happening on Cybertron, but they made it to Aurelia to visit her several times. Even Grimlock was granted special permission to leave Garrus-9 for a short time (supervised by Ultra Magnus) to visit her there. When they saw how she was not only healing but thriving among the Cho'zoh, despite how testing Hunter trials are, their sparks were at ease and it made everything easier to deal with
Sometimes the noise and energy of Swerve’s bar is too much for Kai, so she heads back to her and her brother’s shared hab-suite for some peace. She still has terrible nightmares and night terrors and often wakes in blind panic from the memories of her time under shadowplay, so when she joined the Lost Light, Rodimus insisted she move into his hab so he could take care of her during those episodes. It brought her comfort and reminded her of when she was small and she stayed in his room, so it’s the place she goes when her mind gets a little loud.
Drift often joins her, also not really one for loud or chaotic environments. It became something they did often, a calm place where Kai could decompress and perform healing Cho’zoh rituals and Drift could meditate - he said the sound of her singing “cleansed his aura” very well. They became close friends and Rodimus dubbed their meetings “zen night” forever more lol.
The lava lamp is Rodimus’, you can’t tell me he isn’t a lava lamp guy. 💀 the hanging plants belong to Kai of course, much to Rodimus’ protest when he hits his head on them every morning 🌱

is Kai told the stories of the 13 Primes and that she has one of their powers being from Solus?
Yes, she was told all about the thirteen and Solus and where she came from. It was one of her favourite stories to be told at night times.
She considers Solus her mother and refers to her as mother and she always felt immensely proud of where she came from, though often felt sad she never got to meet Solus. She hopes that Solus would be proud of her, and feels guilt and sadness when thinking that her destiny may not have been fulfilled the way Solus intended for her.
Has Hot Rod and other Autobots included little Kai in cool yet dangerous driving stunts?
Yes, often 💀
He once put himself in vehicle mode to pull her around the base on makeshift roller skates. Magnus found out and it never happened again 💀
When Kai was little did the Decepticons most likely Megatron know of her existence and she's in Optimus's care or not yet?
The Autobots managed to keep her quite well hidden for her childhood, Megatron heard rumours of a techno-organic born from a mystical forge in the Autobot base but wrote it off as nonsense. He didn't become aware of her existence until she was in her young adulthood and he saw her for himself. Obviously he thought she was an abomination that needed to be exterminated and a stain upon the Cybertronian race.
Ironically, after the war was over and Megatron had defected to the Autobots and joined the Lost Light, Kai and Megatron became quite good friends. He learned a lot from her, moved by her compassion for all things and desire to make a difference despite everything that had been done to her and saw his younger self in that. She wanted to understand him and everything that had made him what he was and trusted her father's judgement in placing him aboard the ship. Megatron became quite protective of her, as though part of him believed he somehow owed it to Optimus to keep his daughter safe after everything that had come before.

Does is Kai told about the Decepticons how the Autobots are fighting them? Also did Optimus tell Kai about how he was once friends with Megatron before the war?
Yes, he never kept any secrets from her, though obviously tried to explain things gently when she was small. He told her all about his and Megatron's prior friendship, most of Kai and Optimus' time together was him telling her stories at night to get her to sleep, and that was one he liked to tell in a bittersweet sort of way.
What would Kai's voice sound like? Also who would be the ones to accidentally teach toddler Kai a bad Cybertronian word or rude gesture? How would Optimus take it?
I always imagine her voice sounding like Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova - one of her character inspirations personality wise 💖
As for rude words and gestures, aside from Hot Rod (obviously), Ironhide and Kup are definitely swearing in front of her and she picks it up lol, the Wreckers definitely teach her bad words because they think it's funny. They get The Look™ from Optimus for doing it lol
How is Kai connected to Solus's powers and part human?
Solus Prime had a vision of the future, she saw the great war, the destruction it would bring upon the greater universe and the fracture that would be left in it's wake between the Cybertronian people and the organic races. As such, she felt it was her duty to do something, and so she created a new being in her forge of both organic and mechanical origin intended to be a peacemaker - a bridge between worlds that was living proof organics and mechanical beings could live harmoniously.
While she looks human and has organic matter fused with her mechanical body, she isn't really part human, Solus chose that form for her as she saw earth in her visions and how it would play a role in Cybertron's war and deemed humanity a good form for her to take. To see her up close, aside from her much larger size than the average human, there are other tells to her alien nature such as her body and limbs being slightly more elongated and her skin slightly iridescent (as well as the fiery hair and eyes lol.)
Solus knew the Primes were not long for their world, so left her creation dormant in the forge for millennia until one she was sure would be able to properly care for her and teach her right and wrong would find her - the forge would call out to the one who held the matrix of leadership, Optimus Prime.

What were Kai's first words, crawling, then first steps?
Her first word was "dada", much to Optimus' delight and Rodimus' annoyance hahaha. He was trying to teach her to say "Hot Rod" for weeks but it's a little hard for a baby 😭 he got his moment being the first to see her walk though as she toddled over to him one afternoon and he was ecstatic about that.
As for crawling, she had to have optics on her almost constantly whenever she wasn't in her brother or father's arms because she would crawl all over the place and get lost. Wheeljack once pulled her out of a vent in his lab 💀
When Kai is hanging with Grimlock would the Hot Rod and Autobots tease Kai saying "going out with your boyfriend"?
Oh yeah, there was always a lot of teasing 💀 Roddy treats teasing his little sister like a full time job, especially when it comes to Grimlock. There was always some teasing from the other Autobots too, but mostly they thought it was sweet and were impressed by Kai's brave choice of love interest 😅
