"Cruella..." He picking at his nails with his hook hand. "Remember when we talked about our... Fantasies...? Briefly.... Well, would you.... AHEM-N-NEVERMIND." happy sunday xD
She reaches out to separate his hands, taking the hook in her own hand to hold onto tightly. She knows he doesn't like that habit, and neither does she, finding it akin to one biting their nails. "Fantasies, darling? I just remember suggesting we take a shower together, and you carried me there before I could say another word."
He's feeling too embarrassed to say something, and it's making Cruella extremely curious. "What is it? You know you can tel me anything."
Elsa Sciaparelli’s monkey fur boots, from her Summer 1938 collection, predated similar couture footwear by Helmut Lang and Alexander Wang by almost 75 years.
𓍯 ִֶָ oh .. hearing ella laugh was … very unusual. the typical nervousness she usually felt around her dwindling, heart calming as she gives in to the sense of comfort it brought her. “what kind of magazines weren’t you supposed to read ?” that part stuck out to her considering there were many things ariel wasn’t supposed to do, too.
noting the faded smile, she desperately holds onto that brief glimmer of comfort and nods, looking around some more. “could i, really ? it’s bigger than my room … can i move to this one instead ?” she wondered if that’s too strong of a request, if ella would yell and say no or actually let her … there’s a sense of curiosity in trying to understand her mother’s childhood. maybe .. staying here would help her.
"What kind of...magazines with girls in extra short skirts teaching steps to dances my mother found scandalous, and tips on how to flirt with older men. A maid tipped her off once, and she tore them up in front of me." Surprisingly it feels nice to tell Ariel, as if she's sharing a story with a close friend.
"I don't see why not," Cruella agrees, looking around once more. "It was never my favorite room, but it does have a nice view of the street. We'll take your room and turn it into a study, I refuse to have another guest room. You'd best start drawing up ideas. You can't just move into this room the way it looks now, you'll need it to look new!"

"Ya a real firework, ain't ya?" Peg smirked at the moment, resting her head on her hand as she looked the woman over again, chuckling before facing ahead as the car started.
Remarkably, Peg was not at all bothered by how Cruella drove, honestly, she could be just as a bad. But in a city like that, you HAD to force your way through traffic unless you wanted to remain stationary forever.
"I'm that much different than New York," Peg laughed.
"I've heard similar before," Cruella replied with a grin, liking this woman more and more by the second. "Something tells me if I get the chance to spend enough time with you I could be saying the same thing."
It was an invitation, subtle enough, but with meaning behind it if Peg was the type to understand. "Oh I do love New York, though it's been some time since I've visited. The last occasion was Fashion Week several years ago."
okay but if I decide to go forward with a face claim would I be coloring the hair in every icon since they'd all be from a black and white film?
Some more Cruella art if you’re still looking for ideas? I love her in your style ❤️

"yes, i remember," anita says, making sure to keep her voice soft. being with cruella had been both fun and exhilarating and exhausting and terrifying all at the same time. while she knew, realistically, that cruella would never set out to harm her, it often scared anita how easily the other could flip a switch and be someone completely different.
"you were drinking?" she didn't know why this information set like a lead weight in the pit of her stomach. was she drinking, knowing she was coming here today? or had she simply been at a party? "was it someone's birthday?"
Oh Anita. The concern in that sweet voice that would never be able to stay hidden. She missed the way it sounded when she woke up from nightmares, the way it had gently asked her if she was alright any time she had to see her mother.
"Hmm?" Yes it was true, Cruella had been drinking a lot more without Anita around, A LOT more. Who else did she have to turn to? "Birthday, darling? Oh no, it was just me. You know, that house can feel rather large and empty when there's no one else around. I was hoping enough and I might just pass out, instead of getting all worked up about it."
And perhaps this time she did want the guilt to stick.
Hook stared, concern drawing further into something much more afraid, staring at the knife as it was tossed on the floor, watching her struggle. He could always tell when she was tense, but this would tense ANYONE up.
"Here," he reached inside his inner pocket and drew out a cigarette, he tended to keep some on him now, her habits becoming his and lit it for her. "Maybe it'll calm your nerves a little."
Cruella shakily took the cigarette and placed it between her lips, her other hand picking the knife up off of the floor and staring at it intently. It wasn't a task she had minded doing, but it nearly terrified her how much of a blur all the details had been up until that moment. A body was out there still, though surely not one that would be anyone's top priority to find. She wanted to pretend as though she hadn't started to remember, but he knew her too well. He would never believe it.
"Here I was just trying to let myself enjoy a night out for once without listening to the whispers of others."
“Everything I’ve ever let go of has claw marks on it.”

22. Favourite villain?
To no one's surprise it is absolutely Captain Hook. He was my costume the last year I ever went trick or treating and my dad made my hook by cutting the top off a clothes hanger and wrapping it in tin foil and then having me hold it down in my sleeve. Middle school obsession and now obsession again thanks to Tory/@elxgantcaptain!

1. Favourite scene in a Princess movie?
Ma Belle Evangeline from Princess and the Frog. It's gorgeous, so magical, and the way the music flows is so comforting. A lot of the time it makes me cry, but it's a good kind of cry, like wishing I could go back to somewhere I miss.
3. Last Disney movie you watched?
Toy Story 2!
20. If you could date one of the characters, who would it be and why?
I feel like everyone I have big crushes on would not actually be good for me to date because of how shy I am, so I'm going to go with Belle because I love to read and I would love to be with someone who could talk about any subject and really listen to you.
25. Favourite sequel?
Return to Neverland. I watched it sooooooo many times when I was in middle school and wrote my own version in a notebook on the bus to school in the mornings.
*smiles seductively, while swirling a glass of red wine* i am severely emotionally unstable
18. First Disney orientated memory?

Oh gosh, probably playing with the Disney princess dolls I had. I remember I had Snow White with a ribbon tied around her waist like you'd wrap a gift with, and Aurora whose hair was curled so tightly that it almost felt hard. I had Belle as a porcelain doll and she was my favorite when I was wayyyyyy too young to have a porcelain doll. I took her to kindergarten for show and tell, I got her perfect hair all tangled up, and I accidentally ripped one of her gloves and broke her pinkie off. I got porcelain Ariel the next year and I was allowed to take her out of the box but not out of my room because of what had happened to Belle. I would just stroke her hair repeatedly because even then I loved redheads.
I have pictures of me with Belle if anyone wants to see them.
