“Oooooooooh!” Jix said excitedly, his beady black eyes going wide. “Big huge piece of peppery minty-mints for Jix!” he said, for to him, even a small peppermint candy was rather large. “Will have to lick for days to finish! Is not complaint. Am happy to have. Thank-thank for tasty treat!” With that, he started licking it with his tiny green tongue. “Mmmm! Gives Jix’s mouth the tinglies! Soooo tasty!”

Jix smiled up at Amelia. “Yes-yes! Will taste all the things for you. Jix offers services as tasty-tester. Do for free. Jix just wants to help... and eat tasty things.” He kept licking the peppermint for a bit before his little mind started going off on tangents, as it usually did. “The difference between mints and peppery-mints... is what? Mints are from minty plant? Smells like mint. Peppery-mints are... mints with pep? Happy mints? Mints with lots of energies? Is what means?” he asked, realizing he’d never really thought about it before. “Will listen to answer while I eat the peppery-mint. Am doing the multi tasks.”

{out of leaves} Not specifically, no, but quite honestly, over the years people have written in with their problems and asked him advice. I do my best to answer in character, although I will say that I'm not a licensed therapist by any means, so I would just caution anybody who might want to write to Jix that this is meant to be fun and supportive and not taken as a doctor's or counselor's word. But yeah, anytime anyone needs positivity or cuteness or the advice of a tiny fictional leafling, feel free to send things in! =)
