You’re going to look so. Fucking. Good. When you get to your UGW. I’m not even kidding. You’re gonna look like a fucking model, I swear. And I know it’s hard to wait, and it’s hard to see the scale change by so little every day, but it’s going to be so damn worth it in the end, you just have to trust yourself, because you’re the only one who can make this happen, and you’re going to do it, I absolutely know it. Just take things one day at a time, trust in the process, trust in yourself, and you WILL get there, and you’re gonna thank yourself for it.

What do you guys do to pass the time when you crave something that you know you shouldn't eat?

What are your best tips and tricks? Do you have a physical activity? Do you do something creative? Listen to music maybe? Or maybe browse through Tumblr or some other app?

Bc I genuinely don't think that I'm necessarily ugly, I think I have some good features and what not

But it's all ruined by the copious amounts of fat that smothers my body and sadly covers up all those features

Which is why I'm so pissed that I have let this happen to myself and that I haven't had the balls to get my shit together!!

I had a binge day… i ate two cans of pringles and a pack of noodles… my mother called me fat and said id be bigger than her if i keep eating … she doesnt know about my ed but i try to give her hints she ignores it….. I fucking hate my life.
