For the first time since December 2025, I finally went to the movie theater. And since the movie theater is inside a mall, so yeah it's the first time for me to visit the mall again since past seven months.

My friend E asked me out to celebrate her birthday. We went to see the Odyssey movie by Christopher Nolan and have dinner at A&W restaurant.

The movie is good. I gave K a birthday present, and bought myself a small treat.

Well, small and sweet, apparently. 😁 Which makes me spend more money than buying E's present. Oh my God I'm not good with money. 🥺

Sorry, E. You're my best friend and I love you but I think I love myself, too.

Proper lunch : Nasi Padang!

A bowl of white rice poured with special 'Rendang' oily sauce, eaten with steamed cassava leaves, spicy boiled jackfruit, shredded pan-seared coconut, and crispy kerupuk.

One thing I always love about my country Indonesia : food is always good.

I've got myself a McD's FIFA World Cup special menu set, with 'blind' cup bonus which turns out to be.... Ronaldinho, cool!

Oh, by the way, the golden caramel coconut ice cream is amazing. Es krim pakai gula aren? Yes, please!

Saya juga sering melakukan copy-paste dari kata-kata orang lain untuk kemudian saya kirimkan atau sebarkan kepada orang lain lagi.

Tapi tidak 100% copy-paste. Maksud saya, kata-kata itu saya salin tapi saya modifikasi, saya olah kembali, saya utak-atik, sehingga gaya tulisan menjadi "Devi banget" gitu, lho. Kayak saya yang nulis. Namun inti pesannya sama. Istilahnya dalam Bahasa Inggris : paraphrasing.

Ini hal sepele, namun masalahnya tidak semua orang mampu paraphrasing. Jadi kalau copy-paste tulisan itu ya dilakukan 100%. Pleg-ketipleg sama persis dengan sumbernya alias nyontek. Plagiat. Yang bikin saya tambah geram, bahkan typo aja tidak dibetulkan. Spasi ganda juga tidak dihilangkan. Penempatan tanda baca pun sama persis.

Nulis itu sulit, pemirsa sekalian. Sulit. Tidak gampang merangkai kata-kata. Lha ini kan sudah tinggal nyalin, nggak perlu mikir, tapi editing sedikit aja kok ya ora gelem.

Who would've been known?

I've been working for almost two decades, too long that I've been accustomed to seeing people come and go. The new recruits, the resign, the replacement, the good-byes, the hello-and-good-lucks.

Udah mati rasa, cuy. Nggak ada haru atau antusias. Udah kayak..well, that's part of life.
