In a moment of weakness, I saw myself, big Heart in hand, tearing it open and sharing it with people who passed by, handing it over again and again, they would walk on, taking little pieces with them, and then I would see another beautiful soul, sharing more, but little by little I felt weakened. The classic empathic give away. In a moment of realization, I called all the pieces of my Heart back, slowly melting them together with the most delicate glues, self forgiveness, self love, self compassion. I sealed it with trust of myself and of Spirit, As I brought it closer to my center, I hugged it tight, as I did it grew brighter and stronger. In a moment of pure compassion, I smiled at my Heart and felt the connection to my being which sent vibrations of bliss and fulfillment to every aspect of my Self. The more I embraced my Heart, the brighter it grew, and that's when I realized...
