i lost 2 kilograms/4.5 pounds my waist got tinier (2cm/4inches) i got more stamina (i can do 130spm whereas i used to do 100spm for ten minutes) and i can lift 30 kilograms/66 pounds instead of 20/44
this is just the beginning 😊
Lmao arms got weaker i can lift 20 ks and itll hurt like a bitch, but i can go like 160 spm for 15 minutes now and my waist is another 6" off since i wrote this
I weigh 66 kilos now, last year this time i clocked in at 76
