Season Four Parallels Post

I’ve been asked a number of times, since VM s4 came out, if I planned to write meta about the parallels. The short answer is, I avoided doing so because the parallels I noticed were upsetting. But I feel it would be irresponsible not to speak about the things I see. So I’ll put the list of parallels under a cut, for those practicing self-care who would prefer not to read.

TL;DR Season four was a deliberate negation of everything fans liked about Veronica Mars, and it specifically deconstructed each beloved character, relationship and fan-favorite moment.
