Enjoy a rich and creamy gluten-free pasta dish with mushrooms that are cooked in a rich Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients: 8 oz gluten-free pasta. 2 cups sliced mushrooms. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook gluten-free pasta. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good. After you add the mushrooms, cook them until they get soft. Grate some Parmesan cheese and add heavy cream. Let the sauce cook until it gets a little thicker. Add pepper and salt. Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce with mushrooms. If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish.
