Voting Things
For those of you in the US who are new to the voting process, I wanted to tell you about a few things that might be helpful:
1. You have to register to vote prior to an election in order to vote in that election. Here’s some information on how to register to vote.
2. You can vote an ‘absentee’ ballot, which means you receive your ballot in the mail, fill it out, and mail it back prior to the election day deadline. Personally, I always vote absentee because i don’t like people but i just love zealously performing acts of civic duty while only wearing underpants. Your absentee ballot counts every bit as much as an in-person vote does. Here’s some information about absentee voting.
