I’ve done it a few times on and off this last year, and this one felt relatively strong for me. 14lbs vest for both runs, and broke the body weight exercises into to 20sets. Another 5k put me over my minimum goal of 20k SUs for the @rpmtrainingco #10kjumpchallenge last night. Since it’s originally a DU challenge, I wanted to push myself, and truly scale hitting the goal twice! I even added some DUs in on top. I joined the @rpmtrainingco #10kjumpchallenge as a little something extra this month. Since I’m not as strong with my DU, I went the SU route. I hit the 10k and then some. I plan to aim for 20k, and then add on everyday from then on.
