I am actually fucking scared

I usually tag my posts with a ton of irrelevant tags so it gets notes but not this one... I am so scared rn. I am a mentally ill teenager and i am sat here crying like a six year old. I usually put on a brave face because i do not want my mental health to become something to define or restrict me. But i have come to realise that i am losing who i once was. I am scared of who i am. recently i broke down crying in the middle of a law class and that was the first time i ever cried in front of people at colege. i broke down for no reason. i just had a massive mood drop after being told that i may have to attend a group session instead of one to one counselling. i felt like such a brat? theyre limited on staff and im here being fussy about not wanting other people at my counselling session. but i put this off for way too long. i ignored my mental health and i finally want to get better. i didnt want to see anyone because i hate talking about my feelings to strangers. i refused to talk to my law teacher about my breakdown. I refused to talk to my gp for too long. I told my girlfriend i didnt want to even go see a counsellor because i hate telling people how i feel. i hate when people know that i am not okay. I am undiagnosed. i am scared. i have attempted to end my life on multiple occasions and i am scared that i will try it again. I no longer feel in control of my emotions and my impulses. i will be fine but a minor inconvience will make me cry and want to hurt myself. I am scared i will get an impulse to hurt myself and i will. i am scared someone will find out and i will be taken to a&e. i am scared because everyone will know me as the girl with a fucked up head who is sat at a&e bc she tried to kill herself and she doesnt know why.I am scared because the NHS is so low on budget there will be no beds free for me. I am scared because if i ever get worse i will have a small chance of getting help. I dont want to eat. i cry a lot. i have mood swings. i have no motivation to even leave my bed. I get anxious over gettting the bus to fucking college. I am scared that i will get worse. I havent stopped crying since i started writing this. I am so scared that i won’t get the help i need and i will just reach my breaking point and it will push me over the edge

FUCK IT ALL,

 I tried my best to take care of myself but I just can’t do it... I fall into old habits, cry in the middle of lessons simply bc someone asks if I am okay... I weight myself every night, i forget to eat at college, i forget that i am meant to try get better... I can’t get better because no one has diagnosed me so technically I have no problem... so why am I here crying my eyes out? Why do I shake when someone new tries to make friends? why do i go dizzy just sitting down and why do I care about my weight? If there is nothing wrong...

I lay in bed asking myself will I ever get better. It gets better for a few weeks, a month maybe and then everything just fucking falls apart... I don’t feel like I’ve achieved anything.
