Coffee And Tea Wallpaper Kits Series

Ok, ok, I know what you’re thinking…coffee…tea?! In the same sentence?! I know, but hear me out! I was building a bakery the other day and it had serious coffee shop vibes, so I was going to change it from a bakery to a cafe but the wallpaper selection was terrible! So now we builders can go forth and make the coffee, tea and biscuit shops of our dreams! You can see all of the patterns on my patreon here

These swatches are set up in the catalog to load top to bottom from the main pattern, so the top row will be the wallpaper pattern, row 2 under each pattern is the background colour, row 3 and 4 are the additional colours always located under each pattern and background colour. I have made the main swatches a preview picture, so you know what each pattern looks like and what colour options each comes with. I have colour coded all of the swatch icons to make it easier to find the whole set. I have honestly tried my best to make these kits as simple to use as possible, giving us builders more free time to create more houses or *shock gasp horror* skip rocks across the pond with our grandson!

updated hair swatches (works with genetics) by an0nymousghost / celeschul / stardze / teauke

AHH i can finally breathe. i knew i had a lot of cc but i didn’t know i had this much. this took me 10 days (june 5 - june 14) and like 40+ hours? idk but it’s finally here! to celebrate i wrote a literal essay.

please read though all the notes before downloading! (or not idc)

here are my 223 hairs updated in a 22 swatch palette. the 6 new ones are courtesy of @aharris00britney, and the 16 other are adjustments of the ea colors so the textures are clearer.

i also updated some of the meshes, if you want to know exactly what i updated it’s on the spreadsheet.

the thumbnails are the same unless stated otherwise (i only updated them if they were unbearably ugly lol)

the names are all the same so you can just pop them in your mods folder and click replace! if a hair was in a zip file, i kept it in its folder.

i did this by myself and i haven’t had anyone test it, so if there is any swatches that i forgot to import, please let me know through ask! it’s pretty easy to update it and the post. however, idk if i’ll be updating the massive zip file because it is tedious to do

i’ve also included all of the meshes needed for simplicity. credit goes to the creators! 

all the posts are updated with links as well. a lot of my mediafire links broke tho :( i wrote a post on it here

here’s an overview of the zip file, the parts are sorted by thumbnail type (and also package name/url). this is also in the zip file if you need it

Building a World: Community Lot

A simple little tree house park. Mrs.Bunch pettioned the HOA to construct a more appropriate playground than the one the over-lords had provided. It wasn’t a hard sell considering the other park didn’t have a lick of playground equipment! 

The park sits on a 20X15 lot, CC Free, playtested and functional. (The swing set has a little clipping when because of the platform height. I couldn’t get it to work when it was lower? But it is only noticable when they first get on, otherwise they swing without hitting the platform.) Packs used:

Long time no see, here are my two newest babes, Jill and Cordelia. Jill is a style influencer and Cordelia is a civil designer, although she'd much rather do odd jobs but they're raising their daughter Juniper so she made a sacrifice that was well worth it. (Soon as Juni is a teen she'll probably step back further at work since Juni will be able to start taking care of herself)

I finished my 100 baby challenge!

I did it in 3 matriarchs, but thanks to Astrid and Luna for carrying 75% of this challenge on their own.

Above and unedited are my three matriarchs: Astrid, Luna and Rinoa. I apparently didn’t have any of the pictures I took of Astrid early in the game so I had to go pull her off of my gallery in order to get the pictures but I know they’re lost forever somewhere in game. 

And because I like stats, there were a total of 46 male and 54 females birthed, 4 of them were mermaids and they all came from Riona’s branch. I had 14 sets of twins, 1 set of triplets (also Rinoa) and 69 single births.
