Semblance: Polarity, this Semblance allows Callebaut  o control metal via magnetism. Unlike his Mitera, he is much more open about his usage, and as such, he is a bit more varied in his methods, such as making pieces of armor from scrap metal. His Aura will get worn down quickly by larger sized objects or higher quantities of metal. 

Weapon: A handheld, heavy-weight fan, made up of concealed daggers able to break apart. Called Amenistiras.

Emblem: An ornate gold trifecta dotted with rubies.

Personality: He is extremely sociable. Paired with being flamboyant and critical, a lot of his confidence is often construed as a giant ego.

Voice Claim: Kaveh (Genshin Impact)

Trivia:

Callebaut has a large tattoo of his emblem on his back that covers his training scars.

Pyrrha was ecstatic when he unlocked his Semblance. They started training right away. The first thing Callebaut managed to do was make her old shield stick to his arm, which he promptly panicked about for a solid ten minutes.

He’s a fashionista and often critiques his friends’ styles. He always looks flawless himself no matter what. Even as a baby, he would glare daggers at Pyrrha’s students for wearing sweatpants to class.

He owns a lot of perfumes and drenches himself in them, but he cannot stand any floral scents. This is the main reason he raids Liberty’s perfume stash - to critique her taste in florals.

Callebaut, coming from a very proud and out family, is not shy about whatever he finds interesting. The most blatant of his hobbies is his passion for engineering outside of Huntsman work. While Velvet and Coco taught him the basics, he took a liking to it to the extent that he began repairing weapons and vehicles around Argus.

He owns a garage near to his mothers’ place in Argus.

He often worries about people’s perceptions of him and how his actions will reflect on his mothers. This is a big driver in why he puts such immense effort into his appearance and fighting; he thinks that if he’s always at peak performance, he will make his mothers look just as excellent. He needs to be perfect in every aspect of his life. It’s one of his biggest motivators.

If pushed too far, either by insulting his mothers, boyfriend, or the closer of his friends, Callebaut isn’t above letting his temper get the better of him.

Being a smooth guy in general, he likes to platonically flirt with his guy friends. He’s much worse when he’s drunk.

As a kid, Callebaut admired the flair his Mom carried on the battlefield as well as in public. His sunglasses are a main-stay and he even wears them in battle.

He is a self-proclaimed iced coffee gay. If he doesn’t already have an iced red velvet frappe, then he’s probably on his way to get one in the next hour.

His best friend across the board is Lark Ebi.

His birthday is June 7th.

He is 5′11″ (6′3″ in heels).

This year I really wanted to do a thing of all our ships having the same vibes as another one, because I do that all the time. So, Luna and Reas have the same dynamic to me as Sophie and Howl from Howl’s Moving Castle.

Full Name: Larkspur Alec Ebi

Semblance: Fur Coat, this Semblance allows Lark to coat parts of his body in a strong, steel-like substance to deflects damage. It can only be sustained for brief moments and will not hold up as well if under constant barrage in an extended span of time.

Weapon: A sturdy, circular shield with embedded Gravity Dust that allows him to both recall it and send out gravitational pulses. Called Chaser.

Emblem: A wolf with trio dots on the cheek tufts.

Personality: He tries to keep up a cool and relaxed exterior, but it is awfully obvious upon conversation that he is easily excitable.

Voice Claim: Cy-Yu (Alejandro Saab)

Trivia:

Lark was trained primarily by Marrow starting young. Thanks to their similar fighting styles and weapon basis, they spent a lot of time out of the house hurling Lark’s shield at targets and working on maneuvers. The scar on his forehead is from a session when he was 11. The shield bounced back off the target and beaned him in the head.

He is much more excitable than his sister or parents, often regarded by friends as more puppy-like than Bella. He’s very easily distracted and is easy enough to appease with just a little attention.

Bella, his twin sister, is his main rival. He has always felt inferior to her in all walks of their lives, seeing as she’s had her Semblance from birth and she’s more in control of her emotions. This was only intensified by her becoming leader. Despite this, they’re very formidable together. They have an unbeatable reputation in their Atlas days.

He cannot cook to save his life. It’s an inside joke amongst the Amin-Ebis that Lark has burned water before.

Lark loves his Mom with all his heart and takes the time out of his day to check in on him. Growing up, he would shadow Marrow’s every move and loved to play with him between training. It was especially fun when they played tag and Marrow would use his Semblance.

Apollo and Lark knew each other since they were little, but they only started to get close during the winter holidays before their Beacon and Atlas days. They’re very comfortable and trusting with each other. Apollo’s one of the only people Lark can fall asleep against (mostly thanks to headrubs) and lets pet his tail.

He played soccer and baseball as a kid.

His eyes are able to change color based on his mood. Gold is any positive emotion, blue is any negative emotion, and magenta is anything romantic or sexual.

His birthday is March 4th, the same as Apollo.

He is 5′6″, shorter than both of his parents.

Semblance: Manifest, this Semblance allows Yuki to create sentient creatures out of her Aura. These are very versatile and take any shape she would like them. She can only hold one at a time, however, and the creatures have the same durability as her Aura. It effectively removes her defense.

Weapon: A spell-book built with Dust-infused pages. Called Grimmoire.

Emblem: The Schnee Snowflake in lavender.

Personality: She is extremely sweet and bubbly. The most morally north of the group. Her friends call her an angel, whether than be derogatory or affectionate.

Voice Claim: Wendy Marvell (Fairy Tail)

Trivia: 

Fujioka Lovell, Yuki’s mom, was a stand-up kind of woman. She was a Mistral lawyer on top of being a single mother by her early twenties. However, while visiting Atlas for a case, she developed a respiratory disease that she feared could pass onto Yuki and led to her isolating herself for weeks. When Yuki was almost five, Fujioka told her to go wait for her in a garden owned by Whitley Schnee who met and housed Yuki while they waited for her mother. Fujioka never came - instead a news article reported her body discovery at the end of the week. Whitley, having talked to and walked with the strange little girl in his garden, chose to adopt Yuki shortly afterwards.

Her biological father has never shown face. He chose to leave Fujioka while she was pregnant and Yuki has never made the effort to find him. If he wants to see his daughter, she thinks he’ll come looking.

Yuki is a very close friend of the Ren, Pine and Belladonna families. She initially meets the families at Reas’ 6th birthday and she slowly becomes friends with Luna in particularly. Her peppy yet soothing presence is just what Yuki needs on bad days. She, Rosie, Luna, and Laozi make up the self-proclaimed ‘Sister Squad’.

She is a dedicated fan of Afterglow, buying their CDs and attending their rehearsals when she can.

Yuki has somewhat of a strained relationship with her Papa. He doesn’t quite know how to approach such an odd child and she can’t handle his lack of emotional openness.

She can’t stand eye contact. If she has to sustain it, she always ends up resorting to her nervous tics - most noticeably playing with her hair, lying through her teeth, or nervous laughing. But if you can make her smile, it’s like liquid sunshine.

With a little help from Elhara, she makes and designs all of her and Rowan’s Halloween costumes. Their most recent one was Victor and Yuuri from Yuuri on Ice.

She’s had a crush on Rowan since she was 7. Through the years she makes many attempts to make her feelings known to him and maybe have him reciprocate. As she gets older, however, she calms down and by Beacon initiation, she’s happy to just spend time with him. It’s until the end of their second year, during a fireworks show, that she decides to screw it all and kiss him.

Her love language is quality time. Most of her dates with Rowan involve watching movies, braiding each other’s hair, info-dumping after their respective interests, and trying to making each other laugh.

Her birthday is February 14th, but she celebrates on February 15th (the 14th is the anniversary of Fujioka’s death).

She is 5′2″ or 5′3″ in heels.

Okay, some actual recent art this time, featuring the Oak Boys! My favourite little love wolf and wrath lynx.

My own little designs for Lark and Sparrow are pretty much identical, but their hair springies tell them apart!

Lark's springies always flick toward his face and Sparrow's always flick away. (Once they get into the Forgotten Realms, around Walter and Oakvale and such, Sparrow has flowers in his hair :3)

Another oldie but a goodie!

My favourite potential for the Freeman AU Season 1 is the post-reveal moments. Mostly for the Morgan content, but also Nicky being a little peacekeeper. Mama Morgan being the King of Hell really helps his cohesion and emotional knowledge.

Alas, he is still very, VERY picky about his name.

Semblance: Oracle, this Semblance allows Apollo to catch brief prophecies. These are often short and fleeting, basically snapshots that leave him to figure out the cryptic-ness himself. The clarity of the prophecies are dependent on the time of day, with midday having the clearest meaning and midnight having the fuzziest, which makes it functionally a ticking time-bomb.

Weapon: A pair of golden kusarigama with silver chains. Named Phoebus.

Emblem: An eight pointed star surrounded by four compass points.

Personality: He is chaos incarnate, described by his boyfriend as a dumbass (affectionate). Occasionally egotistical but overall loving and affectionate as all get out.

Voice Claim: Gojo Satoru (Jujutsu Kaisen)

Trivia:

As a kid, Apollo becomes dead set on being as supportive in battle as possible, so Blake and Sun helped him be as versatile as possible, at least to the best of their abilities. This results in a very self-sacrificial habit that his boyfriend and teammates are not fond of. This is also why he learned a more-than-necessary amount about first aid.

He is petrified of the dark, has been since he was a baby. Even on overnight missions, he keeps a glow lamp or nightlight in his travel gear.

Apollo is extremely loved and popular at Beacon, especially with his teammates. Rowan and Yuki know him as the ‘Dad Friend’, and he makes friends with a large majority of his fellow students, so he becomes fairly infamous among the younger years for being approachable and friendly.

Apollo is a phenomenal and passionate cook. Being in the kitchen from age 6, he somehow can always get people to eat whatever he makes, even picky eaters like Vista. His trademark move is making a key part of the dish gold or gold-colored. However, he is infamously picky on what he eats, so he’ll only eat what he prepares himself. He’s very suspicious of anything he hasn’t made himself. He is also lactose intolerant.

Despite his passion for cooking, he often forgets to eat or won’t eat if he forgets an ingredient for his meal.

Lark is his safe space. If Apollo’s overwhelmed and says he’s going somewhere quiet, he means he’s going to hug Lark.

He has social anxiety, particularly in large crowds. He is, otherwise, very physically affectionate with people he’s friendly with, often draping himself over Reas or picking Vista up. The one person he cannot handle for extended periods of time, isolated or in a group, is Cyan.

No matter what he tells people, he has a fantastic musical talent. He is the token campfire guitar guy at beach gatherings.

His birthday is March 4th, the same day as Lark and Bella.

Kinda old by this point, but a little Freeman AU comic!

Third timeline Nick - Nicky Freeman - is raised by solo demon mama Morgan, so her best friends Glenn and Jodie watch him while she's busy. He is the sole reason they can ever get along.

As written in my files, the Freeman AU designs for ya boi, Grant

Grant is probably the most unchanged, right along with Terry Jr and Sparrow in the line of sight. He goes through Four-Knights, his crush on Yeet, all that good stuff from a certain perspective I suppose.

Like Sparrow, the main change comes around when Nick is replaced with Nicholas and Jodie appears. He, like the other boys, still has memories of Nick being himself and Glenn being said kid's dad. And while he is tweaked out about this enough, Grant is the one who stops Lark from freaking out entirely, and he kind of becomes the mental rock of the group. Terry's not great at chilling Lark out so Grant just drags Lark to somewhere else and lets him vent, scream his feelings, throw a lot of rocks at trees and rivers and stuff. It's probably not good for him to become an emotional venting post but that's a problem for future Grant. On the positive side, he doesn't think about his aborted crush on Yeet because he doesn't have the time.

When Nicky comes back as all Freeman, something clicks in Grant's head like "Oh, I remember this kid a little more than I should." Same kid who tried to do a rainbow kick and had to go to the ER for a broken nose. He's not skeeved by Nicky as much as Nicholas - he's nice, friendly, a little bit too much for Grant's personal boundaries maybe, but Nicky's good. Shares all his snacks and game hacks.
